We LOVE our plumber!!! Can't say I ever expected to review a plumbing service, but Sustainable Plumbing of NC has earned our loyalty. They've been out to our house three times now, and are our go-to, saved-in-the-phone contact for our plumbing needs.

Team members have been friendly and professional on service calls and have solved problems ranging from hot water heater leaks, shower leaks and toilet replacements. Quotes have been transparent and reasonable. Their dependability, quality work and stellar customer service sets them apart and will continue to earn our business in the future. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Justin came over on Christmas Eve morning and flushed and serviced our tankless hot water heater and also installed a new toilet for the original one that was there when we built our house in 2003.

Nate and Justin were amazing! They not only repaired and replaced the leaking lines, they also were able to quote and complete the installation of a shut off valve for the whole house water supply. They were very cordial and efficient and I would highly recommend them and will use them for any future plumbing concerns.

this is the first review I’ve ever left on Google. I’m writing because i want everyone to know how great this company is. I had significant plumbing issues in my home, and i didn’t know what to do. They were quick to respond and the technician, Robbie Hill, they sent was just amazing. He explained the issues in detail but in a very easy to understand manner. He got right to work and had the entire job completed in a matter of a few hours (i thought it would take days). The genuine care, knowledge and expertise I experienced from Sustainable Plumbing and Robbie were the best in the business. Can’t recommend them enough. If you need a plumber, seriously, call them, and ask for Robbie!

Friendly, professional, and HONEST. We had a different company come out to look at a shower issue a few months ago and we were told that the entire shower needed replacing because of one “difficult to find” part. So we called Sustainable Plumbing to get a second opinion. They worked with my schedule to come out to assess the problem and immediately went to get the needed part and fixed it. An issue that we thought would take a lot more time and money turned out to be relatively simple. We are grateful to have found an honest company and will be using them for any plumbing needs in the future.

Justin did a great job! We had water dripping from an exhaust fan and he was very thorough in working to locate where the leak was coming from and developing a plan and fixing the leak. Very satisfied and happy with his work and customer service. Will be coming back to Sustainable Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Paige at office was very communicative throughout the booking process and very transparent w pricing. Technicians Justin and Jonathan were amazing! Explained the installation process in detail, thoroughly reviewed scope of work and very professional. Cleaned up and removed old water filter unit and left our garage spotless. Very personable as well….even placed catch w our dog Winston. This company far exceeded our expectations and recommend them without hesitation.

We needed a tankless water heater to replace our existing tank water heated. We were struggling with not having enough water for 1 shower.

We actually shopped around but Sustainable Pluming rose to the top very quickly.

It makes a difference when your requests are replied to quickly and with professional suggestions/recommendations that were unsolicited.

It also makes a difference that their pricing was more then fair but also that the installers were timely and professional and went above and beyond our expectations. They were attentive to all our questions to help educate us more on our purchase which solidified our confidence in choosing them and the appliance that we did.

Because of all of this, we have already put in a few more requests for quotes on other projects throughout our home.

Nick and Dylan came out to fix an outdoor leak related to our irrigation line and also fixed a bathroom sink issue we were having, too, in the same visit. We appreciated their prompt scheduling and working with us on options for fixture replacement. They did a great job!

As a home inspector, I see a lot of water heaters, water supply lines, waste lines, and everything in between. That also means that I see and hear about a lot of plumbers and the variety of quality of work. I can say with the highest level of confidence that Sustainable Plumbing is the highest quality plumbing company that I have encountered. From the first moment contacting them when my water heater failed, and being received with compassion and understanding to having my water heater replaced in less than 24 hours. More important than the turn around time, I knew I could trust anyone they sent to my home with the safety of my wife and children. The two plumbing contractors present for my service call were very respectful and communicative with my wife explaining everything and what to do if there were any issues after they left. As of today, Sustainable Plumbing will be the only plumbing company used for my families plumbing needs.

This is the second time they have come out. First to correct a new plumbing job. Then to replace the water vlv for my fridge. And Ptrap on a new vanity. Both times they were fair with their prices. Cut into the wall both times, they did well and was easy to repair. First tech was Jeremy and the second DIDN’T write his name but was a great guy. My son and I are learning to repair drywall so no judgement here. Plus it is in a closet so I can mess up.

Justin did a great job. He is very professional and a pleasure to interact with. With their Sustainability Plan I signed up, he thoroughly checked the state of my house’s plumbing, which gave peace of mind. I will definitely continue to reply on Sustainable Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

It was super easy to schedule my service online, and the guys that came out were honest and knowledgeable. They didn't mind me asking lots of questions and explaining what they were doing. They also gave me good advice on future care for my hot water thank. I was nervous they might try to say I needed more work done than what I had scheduled, but they didn't! 5/5 stars for sure!
