We cannot say enough good things about Gary and his company!! Our hot water heater started leaking and we called Piedmont Plumbing at 7:30 am and he & Zach were here within hours. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and kind. They had very fair quotes, beating every other plumbing company we contacted, and were able to get us fixed up with a new tankless water heater by the next day. He even came back a week later and made a completely unrelated adjustment for us free of charge. They worked hard to squeeze our family into their busy schedule! We will recommend them to everyone we know who needs work done and will use them for all our future needs.

Gary helped us out when, after purchasing our new house, we found out the water main was leaking (and several other things that weren't quite up to snuff despite inspection). Kind, professional, and flexible with our first-time-home-owning selves, he got the job done and even gave us tips to keep things budget friendly. Cannot recommend Gary and his team enough!

My old house almost burned down a couple of years ago when a pump burned up just before Christmas. Gary came out and installed a whole new tankless system and got us back up and running before my in-laws arrived!

He just came and did the yearly service and I wanted to drop a review. More people need to know how friendly, and capable this team is.

Gary came out to help us with a dishwasher install. We had an issue where the dishwasher would not drain properly. He came back the very next day and reevaluated the actual dishwasher. He figured out that there was a faulty part that was part of the draining system of the dishwasher, wrote up a full description of the issue and the exact directions so the Maytag technician could fix the issue under warranty. Well they took his recommendations, replaced the part in question, and we haven’t had an issue since! His prices are very reasonable and his professionalism, knowledge, and skill as a plumber are outstanding. We know exactly who we’ll be calling if we ever have another plumbing problem. Thanks Gary!

Gary is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. He installed a tankless hot water system and fixed our gas lines entering the house. He'll be installing a gas line to our new gas stove/oven next.

Gary was phenomenal! We had a conversation before he came out where I told him what our water heater was doing, he asked several pertinent questions & was able to diagnose the problem. He came out two days later, as scheduled (...and on-time!), installed the new heater and corrected an issues with the faucet in our kitchen. He even went the extra mile & fixed the hose connected to the sink which was always getting stuck on a valve in the cabinet below.
Gary, is professional, trustworthy, an expert in his field, and provides outstanding customer service. He will be the ONLY person I call when we have any future plumbing issues!

Gary and Piedmont Plumbing and Fuel Piping helped guide us through a challenging retrofit of our gas supply line. Gary took the lead with the City of Concord to change the existing gas supply equipment with a manifold that allowed increased capacity. Works great! Thanks Gary.

Had problem when washing machine drained I had gurgling in my kitchen sink! Had another company out before but problem wasn’t fixed! Then my daughter told me about Gary and said how great he was! He came and fixed the problem and also corrected piping that was installed before! I also had to have him come out in February to replace expansion tank on hot water tank!! Definitely 5 star service😊

I worked with Gary about a gas line issue to my pool heater . He was very helpful in finding the line , repairing the leak , and ensuring that the repair was complete and safe . Excellent communication about ordering parts , lots of experience and expertise with repair . Really appreciated his o real knowledge about the problem and best way for repair .

I had three other plumbers come and get a quote for a plumbing issue and all three of them completely misdiagnosed the problem and over quoted me. Gary was really responsive over the phone came out as soon as he could fix the problem quickly easily and saved me a lot of money and headache!

I have a 70 year old house and my old galvanized water lines started rusting through and leaking in the crawl space. I contacted Gary for an estimate. His rates were much cheaper than the other companies I have used, in the past. He replaced all the water lines, installed 2 toilets, an outside hosebib, and flushed my tankless water heater.
