Great experience with Providence Plumbing! Chris and Bradley came out to our house within the hour of calling for a service request. They addressed all of our issues right away and were super friendly. Will 100% use this company again!

Providence Plumbing came out today to install two faucets on my quartz double vanity bathroom top. They sent Chris out to do the work. The company called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Chris called as well and text me when he was going to be here. He was on time, very knowledgeable of his profession and friendly. I was pleased with the work that was done. My sink looks fabulous. After the work was completed I requested an estimate on some other things that need to be done to complete my bathroom remodel project. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Providence Plumbing.

Day before Thanksgiving, our families kitchen sink got clogged. We called all the big name plumbers and they put us on an indefinite list. The technician CJ called us up, said unfortunately he couldn’t come out because he was booked up the whole night, but proceeded to help us troubleshoot how to unclog the drain for 30 minutes. Truly such great customer service and they went way above and beyond. USE THEM!

Our experience with Providence Plumbing was amazing! The lady who took our call was kind and helped me feel better about having someone in my house during Covid. Alex arrived early and got all of the work done (fixing two toilets) within an hour (including a trip to lowes!) He stayed properly masked and courteous throughout the entire stay, which was incredible. After having finished, he noticed something else was off with toilet and quickly went back to work to ensure everything was right. I cannot say enough nice things about Alex- we will definitely be using this company again in the future!

They are great to do business with. We had a problem and they took care of it right away. That's when you know you are working with the right company. We will be back. Great people!

Amazing customer service!!! I’ve been in contact with Gina, John, Jeff and Cory over the past four days and every interaction has been fantastic. They’re super professional, thorough and responsive. If I could give Providence Plumbing ten stars I would.

I called Providence after getting a quote from RotoRooter that I felt was extremely high for a clogged sink . Alex and Bradley came out and took care of the clogged drain in no time. They were quick to identify the issue and what it took to fix. Super knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and made me feel like they had my interest in mind while fixing the issue.
Moving forward I will always call Providence for my plumbing needs and ask for Alex and Bradley.

On Sunday I had a problem with plumbing in my home and contacted Ron T. with Providence Plumbing and he advised me that he would get someone out here on Monday since it could wait until then. On Monday I received a call from TJ and he came out and did a great job. He took the time to fix the issues. TJ spent a good 45 minutes to an hour running water through my home to make sure everything was working properly. Between Ron T. helping line things up and TJ fixing the issues I would recommend Providence Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Alex Bishop from Providence Plumbing helped us with our water heater install. Our experience with Alex has been incredible. His service, professionalism, advice, and overall care for us as clients was unbelievable. In today's world, finding good service is difficult so it refreshing to know there are still good companies and service people out there. Thank you Providence Plumbing and thank you Alex Bishop!!

Jeff was phenomenal! He arrived within the quoted time and worked quickly and efficiently to replace a problematic faucet. He ensured that the new faucet was installed properly and that I was completely satisfied with the job before leaving.

Outside of his professionalism, Jeff was also friendly and personable.

I called Providence Plumbing in Concord after reading several reviews. Those reviews were totally accurate. Alex came here on time and did a superb job. Alex was very professional and worked as quickly as he could and was very efficient. Not one second was wasted and I feel good about every dollar I spent with Providence Plumbing. I will always call them in the future for any plumbing needs I have. A wonderful and fair company to deal with. Jeanie in the office was also extremely polite and helpful. It’s hard to find good old fashion business folks like them, I’m glad I did.

I really want to give Providence Plumbing a 5 star review because those reviews are the reason I ultimately chose them over all the other plumbing companies. Unfortunately even though everyone I encountered seemed nice, the overall incompetence at this company on all levels was far too much to overcome.

In February 2024, I hired Providence Plumbing to replace an under counter ice maker and 5 bathroom faucets. The plumber originally said it would take 5 hours to complete the work. I warned him that the pipes were extremely brittle and asked him if he wanted me to turn off the water to the house because the shutoff valve was quite a ways away from the house in an emergency. He shrugged my warnings off, saying that he had experience with brittle pipes, so the water stayed on and he went to work. On the very first sink, he broke the pipe off in the wall, causing water to flood the bathroom, adjoining room, down the wall, and into the crawlspace. Chaos ensued as the plumber forgot where the water shutoff valve was and couldn't figure out how to get outside to get to the shutoff valve. Meanwhile, water was pouring out of the wall and onto the floors. There was such a mess, the plumber had to call in another crew to dry the floors, wall, and crawlspace. This turned a 5 hour job into a 2 day nightmare so he returned the next day to complete the remaining 4 faucets and the ice maker install. In the bathroom with the broken pipe, he took the pedestal sink apart and stored it in several pieces in another room to get to the inside of the wall where he had broken the pipe off. Because the sheetrock was ripped out where the break in the pipe was, he told me that another crew from the restoration department at Providence would call soon to schedule a time to fix the wall. Then he'd return to put the sink back together. I assumed Providence would call to schedule a time to finish the repairs within a reasonable amount of time since the sink was still in pieces on the floor in the adjacent room, but I was wrong. They didn't call and after the first week, I called them, was assured the restoration department would reach out, and still didn't hear from them. So I waited another week before calling back. It took nearly an entire month and multiple calls on my end to finally get them to come out, fix the wall and finish the job. There were several additional things that happened which indicated nobody I encountered at this company seemed to have any attention to detail, which is not something a person wants when they hire a plumbing company.

I wasn't going to write a review, but ultimately felt compelled to when several days after they finished the work, I noticed the worker had tracked light blue paint from the bathroom all over the beige floor tiles in the adjacent room. Then today - nearly TWO months after they accessed my crawlspace - I realized they had left the lights on underneath my house for this entire time! I'm beyond disappointed with my experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. The only reason they're getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the employees were all nice, despite everything else.

I called Providence Plumbing for a variety of issues needed and they came out same day! Super fast and professional, from the intake call to the service. We had Chris and he was awesome! Super nice, very reasonable in recommendations, and the pricing was perfect! If you need someone you can rely on this company is a must! Thanks for everything, we’ll be using you all again!

Highly recommend! Affordable, professional and great communication. The main line broke in half on Friday night. Travis tried to help us out through text even though he couldn't make it out to repair. Rick came out (communicating by phone) the next day. He was quick and thorough in the repair. I would highly recommend.

The contractor that we were originally going to use for our project backed out at the 11th hour, I called Providence Plumbing and they were absolutely clutch with helping us out. Our service provider, Alex B., was very communicative and on time for our appointments, which is such a big deal in my book. He walked us through the work that he did and explained everything thoroughly, but also have us the peace of mind that we can reach out of we have any issues. Excellent overall, would absolutely partner with them again in the future!

Andrew Cox is without a doubt the most knowledgeable plumber I’ve ever met. He is also extremely kind and genuine. If you call Providence Plumbing, as you should, and want to know for certain you’re getting a quality plumber just ask for Andrew Cox. He is my go to guy now. As long as I’m in the business of using a plumbing system and he is in the business of repairing or installing plumbing systems, I’ll be calling for him. 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend!!

I discovered that my 1/2 bath toilet was not filling with water .. In fact the tank was empty when I checked. I called Providence Plumbing this morning and was so happy to hear that they could come out today and resolve and fix the issue. They arrived around 10am and made the needed repairs. Jeff and Matthew did a great job. I liked that they contacted me when on their way.

Chris did amazing work today at my home. He repaired my leaky faucet and clogged bathroom tub. He was on time, professional and completed the work that needed to be done in a timely manner. Awesome work from Providence Plumbing!

Strongly recommend Providence Plumbing. I bought a house this fall that had a wide variety of plumbing issues. Chris and Raleigh did an excellent job with all kinds of repairs - installing a new kitchen faucet, building a new metal aqua hut to house my water heater outdoors, cutting out corroded fittings in water lines in my crawl space, replacing a toilet, repairing the line to my dishwasher... They were knowledgeable, efficient, and good communicators. Gina in the office is also great to work with; the whole team is very responsive. The quality of their work was great - all issues fixed on the first try. Their prices are competitive. Will definitely use them again.
