Called this company to inspect my water heater and some fittings that were under the house for due diligence. They were very prompt and did an excellent job on both requests! Will definitely use them again!

Had a well pump emergency at my senior mom's home this past weekend. I called Plumbing Agents because they were close by. I'm so glad I called them now. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant. The crew arrived and completed the repairs much sooner than I expected. The price was better than I expected also. Mom said the guys were as nice as they could be. Good to see that there's still some good, respectable craftsmen out there. Thank you so much Plumbing Agents. I've already referred you to a friend. (Update) A year later and my mom desperately needed new inlet valves installed on her washer. I was afraid she would have to wait because it was unusually cold and I was sure everyone would be busy with bursting pipes and such. Once again, the Plumbing Agents came through. Prompt, skilled and courteous. I highly recommend them. Thank you!!

Bad work , dishonest The plumber lift my toilet up but never screw the bolt back on the flange. Charged me to snake the line when I just wanted a priced to replaced the line sine it was already known the pipes were broken. Don’t recommend this plumber.

I worked with Angelo on several projects now, and cannot overstate the value he provides (and the money he saved us). After a massive quote to repair a leaking pipe, I called Angelo after he was recommended by a neighbor. Angelo came up with a creative solution that cost about 80% less than the original quote, took less time, was less disruptive to our yard, and was clearly the best approach. Angelo is the only plumber I would consider, and is very responsive.

Got a referral from plumbing supply store. Angelo answered. Very professional. I was dealing with a defective tub downspout. He helped my diagnosis and troubleshoot over the phone. His words were power to the people. Angelo took time to empower me to fix the issue, saving me at least $250. Seriously, who does this. Amazing! Angelo and his company are a blessing! I would recommend to anyone. I won't hesitate to contact Unity for any of my future plumbing issues.

Unity Plumbing was a truly great find for me. I have had plumbing problems several times in the past and have not been satisfied with the outcome. Angelo and his guys literally came in our house and rescued us. Our shower was backed up and not useable. They came and worked hard and it wasn't easy, They showed me on a camera line what the issues were and how they could be solved in the future but they got it going for the present.

I called on a weekend when we noticed our water heater was leaking. Someone spoke with me and was very helpful. Monday, Jim came out and provided an estimate via email. Tuesday morning he came back out with someone else and they installed a new one and took our old one with them. Every part of the process was positive. Friendly staff answered my office calls, we were notified by text and phone call when they were on the way to our house both times. We were very satisfied with the entire experience and would definitely use Providence Plumbing again in the future and we'd recommend them to others.
