Gary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with plumbing and gas issues. I had the chance to work with him last month for my home, and he did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend him.

Gary was incredible when finding the water leak on the city side of the street and also on the backside of my house. He was fast, very efficient and very reasonable!! I would highly recommend his service and company for any plumbing issues you may experience!

We ordered a new dishwasher from GE and schedule instal with the delivery. They were not able to hard wire. We called Piedmont Plumbing and Gary was able to come out the next day. Great service. Now my shiny new dishwasher is up and running and not in the box in the middle of the kitchen.

Very impressed we've called on Gary and his team several times for many different jobs that we've had them to do for us, from emergency water leaks to hot water heater change out to repiping of houses. 100% recommend him/them. We use them every time we have a need for a plumber they are a great company can't say enough about them!

Gary replaced 2 parts in my water heater that was under warranty and did an excellent job. His price compared to the quotes I was given was more than reasonable. He is very much experienced and knowledgeable. Gary arrived on time,was very polite and cleaned up after the job was done, provided my receipt
which included warranty for his labor.

Had a water line burst in my crawl space. The gentleman (Kay - I might have spelled his name wrong..) who addressed the issue along with Austin was intelligent and hard working. I will definitely give these guys a call in the future if needed!

Thought it would be a slow process, but they came out to my house 8am the next morning.....gave me a price I could live with and had the job done by 4 that same day. EXCELLENT SERVICE

Service call on water heater not working. On time appointment and very pleasant knowledgeable gentlemen quickly assess and recommended The best solution.. quickly sent estimate and looking forward to doing business with Plumbing Agents.

I wanted to give a good review, but I can't. Nelson gave me his number to call for a estimate appointment which was great. Another nice guy came a few weeks later to do the estimate said they would get back with an estimate ,but never did. I called a few weeks later and left a few messages and they won't even return a simple phone call. That's not right. It's not good for business and it's not professional.

The crew arrived on time and had enough workers to get the job done correctly and timely. I had a difficult tankless water heater install and they did it perfectly. I will hire them again for my next project. Thanks Shane and Nelson.
