I had 2 paid contractors and 1 friend since 7/8 that couldn’t find the source Providence came into and it was found and fixed in like 30 minutes and I was back at work so fast my boss didn’t miss me. I highly recommend Providence Plumbing. Our outdoor spigots were leaking. We called around and found Providence Plumbing to be the fairest price plus highly rated. They sent out TJ and Bradley. They were fantastic! They were professional , knowledgeable and efficient. Would definitely call Providence Plumbing Again and request TJ and Bradley.

I called Providence Plumbing on a Sunday due to an elevator pump on my septic not functioning. They answered quickly and routed me to a technician who was on call. He responded in less than 15 minutes. Chris Mosher walked me through steps to diagnose the issue so we could determine path forward. Fortunately, through his advice, we learned that the float was having an issue and not the pump. Thankfully, instead of a $5k repair and replacing the pump, we were able to get the float back to functioning,

I will use Chris and the Providence team in the future for my rental house plumbing issues and would recommend to others as well.

Chris did an excellent job and exceeded expectations. He fixed the issue in a timely and professional manner, made sure it wouldn’t occur again in the future and even fixed an issue created by the home builders. When I called for help with my hot water heater I was hoping for knowledgeable and friendly technicians, and that’s what I got. Jeff and Matt were great! They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and were finished in a flash. If I ever need service again, I will call Providence Plumbing, and ask for Jeff and Matt!

If you need a plumber in Concord, NC, look no further than Providence Plumbing. After experiencing a sudden fluctuation in water temperature, noticing leakage and rust around the base of my hot water heater and then having no hot water at all, I realized I had a problem that needed to be resolved sooner rather than later. Being after regular hours but knowing I could wait until the next day, I left a message with Providence Plumbing explaining my problem and a request to call the next morning if they could help me.

Shortly after 8:00 am the next morning I received a call from Gina who was very pleasant and understanding. She told me almost immediately that one of their technicians could come out between 11:00 and 1:00 THAT DAY and he would contact me 30 minutes before arriving. Gosh, was I impressed, but that was only the beginning of my noteworthy experience with Providence Plumbing. At 10:00 am Chris sent me a text and then called me to say he could be at my house at 10:30 am --- earlier than expected, but very much appreciated, as I had already anticipated this would consume most of my day. Right on time, Chris and Raleigh arrived and within 10 minutes Chris assessed my situation, made a recommendation, gave me a reasonable estimate, and he and Raleigh went to work. While my old water heater was being drained they went to get my new water heater and were back in half the time they told me they would be gone. Chris and Raleigh were focused and worked quietly and quickly. Chris was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what he was doing and why. I felt he genuinely had my best interest in mind by the small things he did and the advice and recommendations he gave me concerning some other plumbing-related questions I had. Both Chris and Raleigh were friendly, polite, professional, and very personable. In addition to being skilled in their craft and possessing a commendable work ethic, they were just great guys to chat with.

In what seemed like no time (and less than 18 hours after my problem arose), I had a new (and better) hot water heater, drain pan, and much appreciated recommendations and advice on some planned faucet replacements and other remodeling projects that will require the services of a plumber. I’ll definitely be calling Providence Plumbing and requesting Chris and Raleigh!

Chris is great!! He’s very timely professional and easy to talk to! He and his guy Raleigh came and fixed a tub leak. He was very informative with the repairs that were necessary and why. We will definitely be using Providence Plumbing in the future!

Called Providence Plumbing after having a leak in our laundry room. Chris Jones was our technician. He called me to let me know when he was on his way, explained the issue, told me how he was going to correct the issue, & did so in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and polite. Despite having to come out as an emergency weekend call, I felt like the pricing was fair. I will definitely use them again if the need arose.

Had an emergency, called Providence Plumbing, not thinking they could come the same day, but not only did they come same day, they completed the job. Chris was the plumber and worked diligently and did an amazing job. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I read great reviews about Providence Plumbing. I am converting a water heater to a tankless water heater and having a whole home filtration system put on at the wellhead. Unfortunately , Providence Plumbing is one of those companies that wants to charge YOU as the customer $60 to come out and have a shot at winning your business. This is an all too common practice in the plumbing industry - but one that is not customer friendly, nor business savvy. If you believe in your product, service and prices come on out and win my business. I am not begging - or paying - to give it to you.
