Our drains started backing up out of nowhere. When Reyes arrived, he got right to work at started shaking the drain in our front lawn. He was able to clear the line, but found an issue from the city side of the drain. I am very grateful for his help and insight.

Reyes was great! I scheduled online in the middle of the night for that afternoon and got a call that he could be there by 9 am. Very professional and identified the issue quickly. Cleaned out the pipe as a temporary fix and verified water flowing appropriately. I need a long term fix but he did everything he could efficiently and professionally.

This is a unique review in that I did not end up finishing services with Roto-rooter. However, not only is this not due to roto-rooter and their south Charlotte crew, I would recommend them to anyone! Unfortunately, after a main water line break in my home, I needed emergency services. Rich came out quickly and showed the very best in customer service. Returning to my home later in the day when the worker, Jeff, arrived to fix the issue. Unfortunately, the issue was larger than initially thought and we had to pause the job and go in a different direction. As I had paid for 50% of the job already, I was nervous about getting money back. However, I Vinny at the main shop called the next day and after some discussion gave me a full refund. I did not expect or ask for a full refund as I was happy to pay for the exploratory work that was done, but Rich, Jeff, and Vinny all exemplified top-tier concern for the customer and at the end of the day put the customer first. This is extremely rare these days and I will be happy to use them and suggest their services to anyone in the future.

Dom came today and did a wonderful job. We had roots in our pipes he was able to repair all the damages and saved us some money. Thank you again for the great service!!

Last Sunday, we discovered water unexpectedly coming from our floorboards, turning our bamboo hardwood into an indoor puddle. It was a highly stressful situation, but thankfully, we called Roto-Rooter.
Dillion and Remi arrived promptly, and from the moment they stepped in, their professionalism and calm demeanor were incredibly reassuring. Even amidst our stress, they were consistently mindful and attentive, taking the time to explain what was happening and what needed to be done.
They efficiently and meticulously removed all the water-damaged bamboo hardwood, working with precision and care. What truly set them apart was how they also stepped up and spoke on our behalf to the claims people. We were a bit unsure of what we should be saying or how to navigate the insurance process, and their clear communication and advocacy were invaluable.
Their expertise was evident throughout the entire process, both in their hands-on work and their support with the logistics. Thanks to them, our home is now properly drying out, and we feel confident in the start of our recovery process. We highly recommend Roto-Rooter for their outstanding service, the genuine care shown by their team members, and their willingness to go the extra mile.

My water heater burst and I immediately called Roto Rooter and they sent a technician out by the name of Dillon. He was sympathetic and treated my home as his on. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and would call me DAILY to let me know when he was coming and the plans for the day. He was caring, knowledgeable, and a very hard worker. My family's experience with Roto Rooter was very pleasant, prompt and professional. My initial call was received by Eric Dalagan, Field Supervisor, who responded immediately to shut off the main water line. Although the repair wouldn't be done until the next day. Once the repairman arrives, Reyes Perez(tech #2635), the fiasco of having a water heater burst didn't seem too bad. Mr. Perez explained all details of the repairs to be done and each invoice item. The after repairs cleanup was impeccable. I am truly grateful for my experience with Mr. Perez and Roto-Rooter.

We unfortunately had our sewer line back up through our shower drain and thankfully, we’re able to catch it when it got onto the floors. Within this chaos, Roto Rooter was able to come out quickly to get everything handled. Dillon specifically took lead on informing us of the category 3 sewage we had in our homes and that they suggested ripping up the floors and beginning the remediation process. With how fast it happened, there was obviously a lot of stress between my wife and I, but Dillon informed us that he would handle this as if it was his own house and he was great throughout the entire process of following up on when he needed to come back to check to make sure things were still progressing smooth. Can’t thank Dillon enough for all his hard work on our home!

Van was fantastic. He came out right away, very friendly and professional, and fixed the issue efficiently. We would ask for Van again for any drain/plumbing needs!

Little late getting here, but when it comes to a last minute job, I can’t complain too much. Service was good, and the plumber was up front about what’s necessary and pricing. Local plumbers are a better deal, but in a pinch, these guys are the best option.

Reyes and his partner were amazing! We had gotten a measuring spoon stuck in our garage disposal on a Sunday morning. Called and they were here in 2 hours and were able to unloaded what my husband and I couldn’t! Would highly recommend!

Reyes was extremely knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my sump pump. Rather than trying to upsell on a new pump he quickly identified the issue and how to fix it. The existing g pump is now running great again without needed to spend thousands on a new pump that was not needed. Reyes was very professional and provided insight into how to avoid the same issue in the future. I will definitely be calling Reyes for any future issues. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with this company while dealing with the water damage in my home. They came the same day I called and worked over the last few days to get everything taken care of.
