Van was fast at spotting the problem. He provided my mom a senior discount as well. Very knowledgeable and nice.

Van was efficient and helpful. He genuinely cared about the issue with my sink and pipe leak. He even road with me to purchase a new faucet at Lowe’s and advised on the best brands.

Our HVAC system overflowed damaging two separate carpeted rooms; plus water got under the laminate flooring. The Roto-Rotor restoration team (Mike, Jo, Devon and Bryan) and the initial plumber (Eric) were fantastic. They explained the whole process, sent us all the paperwork for our claim, and were very personable and easy going. They worked hard and kept me updated when they would be here. It really helped they went the extra mile in such a stressful situation. Highly recommend.

Van from Roto Rooter was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I accidentally dropped a heavy item in my bathroom sink and damaged it beyond repair. Van arrived quickly and provided me with a free estimate. Van accessed my needs, provided measurements, explained the process and provided me with the information we need for the perfect replacement. Upon receipt of my new sink, I completely trust Van to do an excellent replacement job.

Van checked out everything and even went into our disgusting, dreary and scary crawlspace to make sure everything looks good. He explained everything and make sure I understood everything that was going on and might happen. Very pleased with his service.

Fantastic job. Toilet had been gurgling with a slow drop in water level. Knew it was an obstruction somewhere. Z removed the toilet, snaked from the toilet and from the clean out, replaced the wax ring, and replaced the toilet. Very happy. CHANGE: 6 hrs later, problem still happening. Z’s solution is to set the float so the water keeps running and the bowl never empties. This is not a solution. At the same time, he keeps saying the toilet is the problem because “it is old”. I’ve talked to CS twice today. They’re going to send someone else out tomorrow. Hoping they don’t also tell me the toilet that never had a problem is “too old”.

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter, specifically with Reyes and his trainee Ty. They arrived quickly to handle a big mess in my home and immediately put me at ease with their professionalism. They took their time, explained the possible root causes, and even taught me a few tips to help prevent this from happening again and what to do if it ever does.

Reyes was very clear and vocal about each step he was taking, and both he and Ty were persistent in working through multiple solutions to fix the issue the same day. Their dedication meant my family didn’t have to evacuate our home, which I greatly appreciate. Much respect to Reyes and his trainee Ty for their knowledge, hard work, and care.

Zairem was amazing (I hope I spelled his name correctly) - We have an old house with old plumbing and some upgrades here and there that have occurred over the years. Our washing machine backed up And was flooding upon drain. Zairem has such a thorough understanding of the plumbing system he was able to track the lines- both venting and draining and determined where there were small isolated clogs that limited outflow.
He cleared them and replaced some old connector parts and explained everything he was considering and how he came to the conclusion that led to a fix.
I will call roto rooter and ask for Zairem with every plumbing issue we may encounter! - also- he came later in the evening after we returned home for work and had no issues with my dogs and cats ♥️ what a relief and such a pleasure to work with him. Worth every penny.

Called them out for an emergency sewage clog. Showed up and charged $500 to fix it. I was informed that someone would be out to scope the drain with a camera. That never happened. 2 weeks later i had the same issue and reached out since it was under warranty for 6 months. I was then informed that a supervisor stated that based on where the clog was located that they should have never worked on it due to it being a city issue. So I basically was charged $500 an issue that they should not had worked on and that has a warranty that at no point will be upheld. I was scammed out of $500 for 15 minutes of work that solved nothing with a meaningless warranty. Do not use this company at all.

Roto Rooter Charlotte did a great job of installing my new faucet, drain, and dishwasher as well as updating my undersink plumbing. I was very pleased with the installer. He was very helpful and I will definitely have him come out again.

Mr Perez was excellent! He explained clearly what repair needed to happen and kept me informed as the repair proceeded. He is very pleasant to work with-we had requested him to do this repair as we had him to our home previously for a different repair. I highly recommend him.

They were driving down the road and continued to cut me of abruptly and then we pass them the flip us off just some trailer trash business is what it looks like and from the previous reviews seems I'm not the only one who's had this issue with them

Just witnessed an Empire Plumbing driver doing a random act of kindness in the Waverly area

This morning,11/18/25, around 7: 45 AM, I just witnessed a horrendous act of road rage on the highway . This commercial size van ran a little car off the highway, endangering the car driver's life. The scene was so horrible, I had to call the police. Both the van's driver and passenger then proceeded to wave their middle fingers around and shout. I could never hire this company knowing they have these kinds of people working for them. They don't belong in customers' homes.

Today, September 30th at approximately 5:00 PM near exit 42, I witnessed one of your company drivers engaging in extremely dangerous and unprofessional behavior. The driver nearly ran another car off the road, then proceeded to yell obscenities and make offensive hand gestures toward a young female driver.

I was shocked by this display of road rage, which not only endangered other drivers but also reflected very poorly on your company. From what I have seen in other reviews, this may not be the first incident of this kind involving your employees.

If this individual’s behavior is representative of how your plumbers act, it raises serious concerns about safety and professionalism within your organization. I strongly urge you to address this matter promptly to ensure no further incidents put the public at risk.

These guy are always quick and accurate in diagnosing the problem with a cost effective solution. I had them out to get a quote on a shut off valve leak and a toilet valve replacement after getting a $1,400 quote from one of the big name companies who advertise on tv. Three way determined the valve had loose bolts which they tightened gratis and it fixed the problem, the total cost was less than $300 overall

It was our first time using three-way plumbing, and they sent Mr. Steve. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and very respectful. We will definitely recommend and call again if we have any other plumbing concerns. We were very pleased with the service.

I have been using Three Way Plumbing ever since I got my house 20 years ago. The technicians are always very professional and knowledgeable. They always present the price before starting the job and give you options. Just this week, I have my water heater replaced and I called them on Sunday. Tom was here on Monday to rescue me and it is a very quick response. Today Joshua is here to fix my toilet and replace the kitchen faucet. Job well done! I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues.
