I called Three Way Plumbing this morning and they sent their tech Joshua to the home within an hour or so. He called before he arrived and talked us thru the cost and scope of work that would fix the immediate problem, as well as a plan for future work when we are ready to have it done. He was kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure the issue was corrected as best it could be at this time. It's honest, dependable people like Joshua that made this experience as painless as possible!! Thank you again!

Tom called and arrived early and was able to solve our plumbing leak quickly. He was a delight to work with and we definitely would use again .

Got stuck on a Friday with a clogged toilet. I'm a senior citizen with low income. Unfortunately I had no choice because no one else could come out same day but...almost $400? For less than a hour of work? With a hand held router? Oh there was a whopping 5% discount. The guy that came out was very nice but...this was absolute gouging. Never again.

I was in a place where I had no other option. I could not be without a toilet for the weekend. Regardless of what day, time, what you have on a truck...it's still ridiculous for what was done. There is NO reason you should be charging rates over $250 an hour. Hope you sleep well at night.

First time that I used Three-Way Plumbing. Call yesterday with water on the floor from my washer. They setup an appointment for the next day around 10 am. Steve, the technician, called me before 10 and arrived promptly. He said the problem was a clogged discharge line and promptly fix the problem. Steve was very professional and able to handle any plumbing problems. Will use this company for any future problems!

Sam the plumber arrived within a few hours of our call. With in a few minutes he had addressed the water leak. He also took the time to show me how to contact Delta the mfg of our faucet and get a free part. In the future if the leak comes back we can address it ourselves. My bill was very fair. I'm glad we connected with them. I know who to contact in the future should we have need of their service. A job well done!

Lucas M is a superstar ✨️ He is knowledgeable, courteous and very thorough. I have a problem with my kitchen sink and he went above and beyond by helping me with the manufacturer warranty for the replacement parts. Excellent customer service.

The service took place on 2/21/25. The customer service handled through dispatch was AWESOME. Once Joshua D contacted us, he kept us abreast of his arrival. We could not have asked for a more professional service person to show up at our doorstep!!! Not only was Jousha D knowledgeable of his craft, but he was transparent on the options to repair potential issues. I appreciate the fact that he didn’t try to up-sale us on unnecessary repairs, but rather plainly broke down both the facts and the cost. For sure I would recommend Three Way Plumbing as an excellent option for your plumbing needs. The fact the Three Way Plumbing hires qualified and exemplary Veterans is a plus!!!

Three way plumbing came to the rescue. I had an urgent large leak, and they came out within a couple hours of calling it in. Sam was professional and explained what he was doing in great detail. Did not rush at all. Problem was resolved and put my mind at ease. Thank you!!

Joshua was very polite and professional. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything. He was knowledgeable and gave me two options. He explained to me what my problem was with our faucet and what needed to be done to correct the leaking. I felt he was honest with me. My neighbor next door recommended Three Way Plumbing to me, and I can see why. I will definitely use them again!

Absolute satisfaction with using this company. Individual named Tom arrived on time, assessed the situation and within a short time was able to give us a full description on the issue at hand, and went to work, completing the job within an hour. What a relief to do business with a reputable, knowledgeable company, neither did we feel overcharged.

I recently had Three Way come out to fix one toilet (it needed a couple of in bowl parts) and to snake one tub and two sinks...they were all slowly draining, none were totally clogged. Lucas with Three Way was very personable, knowledgeable and explained everything....no complaints about him. The actual work time was less than an hour. My shock was the bill....$642.46 and that was with a $25 gift card and senior citizen discount. I know everything is expensive right now....but what came out of the drains was quite minimal and everything was minimal labor intensive. I will definitely get quotes and shop around the next time.

I have used them three times twice at my office and once at my parents house first time we had a seal underneath the toilet go bad. They came out promptly repaired it. No mess. Very pleased. Second time we had a water main leak they showed up within a day unfortunately had to rip up the driveway rerouted. The pipe increased water pressure in my building and an excellent job and a very reasonable price. Then my parents were having problems with one of their water faucets in the kitchen again. They showed up promptly fixed it. No mess, reasonable price. I would highly recommend them

Do you need quick, reliable and quality service? Call Three Way Plumbing talk to Paula who was the kindest person to set me up with Tom! And he was super and did a fantastic honest job getting my kitchen drain unclogged and didn't charge an arm and a leg to do it! All within an 1 and 1/2 of the first call. Great doing business with you all and will definitely send more business to this local company!

When you call a plumber to your house be sure you ask how much they charge an hour. I called Three Way Plumbing to my house because the kitchen Faucet was hard to shut off . Plumber replaced the ceramic cartridge in the faucet and a flush value and flapper in the commode and clean the drain in kitchen. Parts were about $100 took 2 hours and for coming out was $89.00 so the bill was $962.97 and the company say that’s their set labor charge . Make sure you know what the company’s policy is before plumber starts work. Lady was 80 years old

Lucas M. came to service my home. He was punctual, made recommendations without any pressure to do one or the other and was so pleasant. I would definitely call this company but especially Lucas back for any issue I have.

Been using Three Way for over 20 years. Have compared prices and even tried other companies in that time. Three Way is still the best price on water heater, drain clearing and sinks. Very honest, extremely competent, and diligent. They really earn my business.

Excellent experience with Three Way Plumbing. One technician did a fantastic job installing our new water heater and garbage disposal, plus repairing a leak and our exterior vacuum breakers. Having one person manage the entire scope of work was so convenient and saved us so much time.

I would give more stars if they were available.
Tom did a wonderful job unblocking one of the lines in our home. We also had him replace the two toilet with new toilets with the higher height. You would not know that he had done anything.

Also, it was amazing that Tom did the whole job in about two hours.

I would recommend Tom and Three Way Plumbing to anyone in need of a "reputable" plumber that does great work and you don't have to feel like you are being ripped off in the process.

We were having trouble with our water hot tank. Lucas showed up promptly when he said he would. He worked very hard to repair our tank. Steve showed up to give him hand but after three hours the problem could not be resolved. We opted for a new tankless hot water heater. It was a big investment for our home, but it was worth it. Now, when family visits or (run the washer, dishwasher and shower at the same time) we'll have unlimited hot water. I highly recommend and will call Three Way Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

The gentlemen showed up early and got the job completed and cleaned up all debris. Additionally, the recommended a company to restore my water damage that my insurance company can work with. They were courteous and explained everything they needed to do. I can always count on North Meck Plumbing for excellent service.

This company installed a replacement water heater for me. Because my water heater failed on a Saturday, I agreed to move forward with Three Way Plumbing. About 15 minutes after signing their estimate, I heard back from two highly reviewed local plumbing companies - both of whom quoted same day install of the very same unit for $1335 less and $1175 less.

Based on the model number, the unit retails for about $1,200. My old water heater is located in the attic and is admittedly difficult to access. Even so, comparing the retail cost to the quoted total, it’s clear that Three Way is charging at least $2,600 for labor, plus a $149 service call fee, for a total of $4,225 (tax included).

When the owner responds to this review, I’m sure they will point out that I agreed to the price before the work began. That is true, and I’m not disputing it. The purpose of this review is to urge homeowners to avoid wasting money with Three Way Plumbing, and instead shop around, even in an emergency. Fortunately, Charlotte has several highly rated local plumbing companies that do not resort to Three Way Plumbing’s price gouging - even on a Saturday.

Because of this experience, I will not be using Three Way Plumbing again nor will I recommend them to other homeowners.
