Scheduled a non emergency appointment the night before, got an appointment the next morning. I liked the lady who called to confirm my appointment time.

I had faulty shutoff valves and water tank problems. Bradley Bishop was my plumber. He called to make sure he had the necessary tools and parts, arrived promptly, and was skilled, friendly, efficient, and professional.

My costs were very reasonable and Bradley did incredible work. Definitely my go-to plumber from now on.

Both sinks in my double bathroom vanity quit draining and one was making a scary noise (glub, glub, etc.), plus my kitchen faucet was leaking and spraying all over the place. I had used Providence Plumbing before with Josh, who was great, and today T.J. Kiker with Providence Plumbing came and fixed the draining problem plus provided and installed a wonderful new kitchen faucet. We really liked T.J. and appreciate so much the great work he did. He was so efficient , professional, and knowledgeable, in addition to being a very nice person. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Called for emergency service tonight when my faucet fell apart and water was everywhere under my sink. Alex Bishop immediately called me back and walked me through step by step how to fix the problem free of charge. I highly recommend Providence Plumbing and Alex.

Joe Zoetemelk was amazing! His expertise gave me confidence, for which I was grateful. He was knowledgeable (extremely important), honest (extremely important), and respectful. Communicating was comfortable. Glad he was sent by his company to resolve problem. I enjoyed working with him, and I look forward to working with him again. I would def referred Joe for future jobs as a plumber to anyone in anyone’s home.

We've used Providence twice now and we have no plans to go anywhere else. Both technicians were timely, knowledgeable, and professional. Their office staff does a good job of staying on top of things. It may take a few days and a follow up call for you to receive a copy of your invoice but we have no complaints about the workmanship or the prices.

Van provided excellent customer service and communication on how to resolve our leak. Very thankful that Van was able to help us.

Absolutely horrendous service. So disappointed! It is so sad they take advantage of you when you are in distress. My bathtub was filled with poop so I called them. I was expecting to wait until Monday because I did not want to pay the extra fee. I was pleasantly surprised when they said there wasn’t one. They promised to come out, inspect, give a quote and if it all sounds good you can complete the service. When the tech came out:He advised me that the main line was clogged. It was. No doubt. As a new CITY homeowner I was unaware they weren’t supposed to fix that portion and I should have called the city first. That is my fault and my ignorance. However, as a major business one would think that should be transparent and honest. He quoted me to snake the entire line 564. But only needed to snake the portion from the outside hole to the street(the city’s portion)according to him. He pulled out a blockage. Lots of debris. He then advised I would need to follow the next day with the cameras because there was clearly a break in the line -and this would be free. I said sure. When I talked with a neighbor, he said call the city bc if the break is near the city they would be repairing it. So the next morning I called the city. So that’s what I did. Anyways, the next morning the city came and told me he should have never snaked their portion and definitely should not have charged me. They had to resnake it. He said that that is the city’s responsibility. He said your portion is the house this hole and rota rooter is well aware of that-you got scammed. At the same time, they are there the camera man from Roto shows up and he hears all this. He agrees that Roto should not have used the snake in that portion. I asked him not to camera it, as the city was already doing it. But the additional worker who was super kind by the way, told me to call and ask for a refund. He said you should not have to pay for this. So that is what I did. When management called me he originally agreed to refund me, but the ln called rep and he said he snaked me whole home. I was like that isn’t true. He even told me he did not. I said but lesson learned. I am just out the money. But after I got off the phone i realized oh wait I have security cameras, and oh wait they record!!!! So don’t say you snaked it and then tell me quite clearly you only had to snake portion from the hole out bc that’s where the blockage was! All I can say is in desperate times I will never ever use Roto Rooter because they take advantage of you and their reps lie. I will never let them in my home again. Side note I could call everyone out by name and post the video but I won’t be petty. Do better!

Reyes did a great job clearing my drain, and did not push me so hard on the up selling like most other companies. I felt like he did a good job for a reasonable price. I would call him again.

The technician, Stan, was very insightful and helpful. He fixed our plumbing issue and we've had a couple plumbers over to try and fix our plumbing problem but had no luck. Stan was able to fix the problem and also explain ways to help prevent the problem in the future. He was very helpful and highly recommend him.

We needed quick and effective service for a main sewer line blockage. The technician, Stan, arrived on time and began working immediately. He not only fixed the line and got it operating again but also had some very helpful suggestions to avoid future issues. Very pleased.

I was having a plumbing issue and was informed by every other company that no one would be available until next week until I found Roto-Rooter. They arrived so fast, were very knowledgeable and eased my stress I felt so much better. I would recommend this company for sure!

Stan came out to my home today for a clog in the mainline. I called and he was out within two hours. He was extremely polite and respectful. He wore shoe covers, kept the area clean while working, and cleaned up everything perfectly when he was done. He kept me completely informed throughout the whole process. He also educated me on my septic system and piping. I have never been more impressed with a service like I was today. He turned a stressful situation into such a pleasant experience and I could not be more grateful that it was him who came out. He went above and beyond and I want to make sure his employer knows what an asset and valuable employee he is. Thank you for everything, Stan!

I am lost for words with the EXCELLENT work that Roto Rooter and their team provided. The work and professionalism was amazing. Mr. Stephenson and his team are heaven sent. It was a big job and they took their time and did an amazing job. Roto Rooter is the only plumbing company that I will ever use.

I had this awful drip from my upstairs shower that just wouldn’t go away. I could hear it at night and I would get so mad lol I tried fixing it myself but I’m no plumber! This is my 2nd time using rotorooter for my needs. Reyes was great, very kind and personable. He wore shoe coverings every-time he came in and out of my home, and repaired my problem in a timely manner. He also tolerated my doofy dogs, so that was a huge plus! Thank you so much!

Terrible. Paid $160 to have the technician show up without any basic parts to do simple plumbing. He determined he needed 2 O rings. If you're not familiar with an O rings it’s a small circle that helps pipe seal better. They are about $2.00 max for a package of 6 or so and therefore easy to keep on hand for a plumbing company. We would have had to pay by the hour for him to drive to Lowe’s and buy them so we fixed the problem ourselves after he diagnosed it. Moving forward we will continue with our original plumbing company that carries common sense items in their trucks so they don’t charge a plumbers rate for a trip to the store.

They came in a timely manner and addressed the problem quickly. They were fast to fix and didn’t leave until they could confirm the clog was clear and the objective was finished. They did a great job and offered great advice on maintenance and followed up with what to do if any other issues came up. Would gladly call again
