This company worked very hard for our church (Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church, Salisbury NC). We contacted other plumbing companies to replace a baptism pool water heater and they were the only company that could perform this task. Dylan Howell walked us through every step and made the necessary recommendation to get our water heater back up and running. I would not hesitate to call this company again. Five stars is not enough for what Dylan and Sustainable Plumbing did.

I would highly recommend Sustainable Plumbing, from the initial contact to the completed service the staff of Sustainable Plumbing were friendly, quick to respond, knowledgeable and professional. The plumbers that responded were great, Chase was the first to arrive. He immediately identified the issue and quickly got to work. One of the Co-Owners, Nate, arrived after and the two were a great team. I feel the pricing was fair and will definitely call upon them in the future.

These guys are amazing! They made sure we had all the information needed to make the right decision for our gas line issues. The work was clean, through and the guys were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We will be a customer for life.

They were fast, efficient, honest and straightforward. They saved us from significant time and expense. We were told by another plumber that we needed to replace a sewer line due to tree roots. SP came out to quote the job and ended up snaking it and giving us some maintenance ideas in order to buy some time on this major, costly repair. Highly recommend.

I use well water for irrigation and was experiencing low pressure in my garden hoses and pop-up sprinklers. Justin diagnosed the problem as sediment particles clogging the screens. He installed a sediment filter on my well and the problem was solved. He was always on time and even came to check the system early on a Saturday morning before leaving for his vacation. Justin and Sustainable Plumbing rock!!

Prompt courteous service! Dylan was knowledgeable and went right to work. Advised what needed to be done and had most of the parts on the truck. Only had to leave for 15 minutes to get a shorter pipe and the job was completed with a newer updated part that was cold weather safe! I'd recommend to anyone needing plumbing help!

This company's customer service is exceptional. My washing machine drain was backing up and flooding into the downstairs bathroom and they had a technician here (Justin) in about 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it all thoroughly. Friendly, caring, and great quality of work!

I had a whole house sediment filter put in today. I'm very pleased with it , they did a wonderful job. Justin also changed the cartridge in the shower , works so much better. great work.

Sustainable Plumbing is amazingly helpful! Nate came out for extremely low water pressure. Our PRV is old and we knew it needed replacing, however he was able to clean our aerators and avoid charging us $500! Incredibly kind and honest service. We will be back for that replacement later!

The whole experience was awesome. I was notified when my plumber, Justin, was on his way so I knew when to ex1!pect him. Justin was very respectful and professional, completing the garbage disposal installation quickly--and leaving everything in the cabinet near the disposal neater than he found it! Justin also brought out some Sustainable Plumbing treats for my puppies. Altogether a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Our tankless water heater stopped working on a Saturday and they came out within an hour of us calling. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained what they were doing and gave us tips to keep things running smoothly.
