I was referred to Piedmont Plumbing after dealing with a longstanding plumbing issue that had resurfaced. Gary responded promptly, diagnosed the origin of the issue, and fixed it quickly. I was relieved to have the issue resolved, my expectations were exceeded.

Gary came out just a few hours after we called him. He fixed our gas line issue very quickly. He is very nice…. We will definitely call him for our next plumbing needs. We highly recommend.

Gary is an absolute lifesaver! We were faced with a potential disaster when we discovered a wet spot on our ceiling on a Saturday afternoon, just one day before leaving for vacation. Despite reaching out to multiple plumbers and getting nowhere, Gary stepped in and saved the day. He arrived promptly that evening and wasted no time in getting to work. Not only did he fix our leaking toilet, but he also ensured that everything was working perfectly so that we could enjoy our vacation without any worries. Gary's expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly exceptional, and we would happily enlist his services again in the future.

As a first time homeowner, it can be super scary contacting a plumber due to the unknown. I gave Piedmont Plumbing and Fuel Piping a call and got Gary on the phone. He was able to come to my home quickly and had a wealth of knowledge concerning traditional water plumbing, by helping me with my water heater smell, and as a gas plumber. He was able to remove my dated gas log fireplace and cap the fuel line. His pricing is fair and competitive and he does not try to upsell you with unnecessary services. He was also respectful of my home and removed his shoes :-)

I needed a new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher installed. I call Piedmont plumbing and fuel piping and they informed me that providing there was no other issue it would be x amount of dollars which I taught was very reasonable. Unfortunately, when the plumber, Gary began the work, it was discovered that the drainage and other pipes was way too high to be connected. The back of the cabinets and drywall had to be cut and removed to get access to the pipes in the wall as to reroute these pipes. After more than 5 hours the work was completed. The cabinets and drywall was repaired, even the insulation was placed between the pipes and the outside wall to prevent the pipes from freezing in the winter which was not done by the original contractors. I was sure this was going to cost me thousands. Incredibly, the cost after taxes was way less than I expect. The way he cleaned up the debris and dispose of it was impressive and he refused my help. Be forewarned, unless it is an emergency, due to their busy schedule it might take a few days to get to you. My job was not an emergency, and I had to wait a fews day before they got to me. But it was worth it. I was completely satisfied with the work upon completion, and I would recommend Piedmont plumbing and fuel piping to anyone.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received for my hot water heater installation. From the moment I contacted Gary at Piedmont Plumbing, he was prompt, professional and incredibly knowledgeable . Gary showed up right on time, explained everything clearly and completed the installation efficiently with great attention to detail!

They did a great job taking care of our underground water supply problem. They came on time and were up front with the cost to fix everything. Will use them again.

I must start this review by saying we hired Gary at Piedmont Plumbing solely on his Google reviews! While searching for a plumber to convert our electric stove over to a gas system, we encountered many who would not return our calls and even had a "no show" for a scheduled appointment.
Gary completed the gas line installation on time as promised and kept in constant contact with us. He is very courteous and his work speaks for itself.
Gary is a proud Veteran and the pride he takes in his work is very visible.
I highly recommend him to all in need of a plumber. He operates a small company with personalized service.

I had the pleasure of working with Gary and he was great. I noticed a small leak from the main water valve and thought it was just a rusted handle. Gary located the real problem and replaced the pressure reducing valve as well as the handle. Would definitely recommend!

Piedmont Plumbing & Fuel Piping came out to my home for a Natural Gas fuel line needed for my new stove. They explained the process and performed the install. After the county inspection they came back out and made sure it was turned on and working properly. I was impressed with their professionalism and cleanliness. A job well done and they have a customer for life!
