Great service. Super friendly and knowledgeable. My old water heater died after 20 years. They were able to replace it the next morning. It was a difficult job due to the builder installation burying the water heater behind HVAC pipes. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Highly recommended!

I really liked the serviceman. Very professional, prompt, accommodating, and efficient. I can’t describe exactly WHAT was done because this was coordinated by Falcone Crawl Space and the remediation they were doing. A plumber was needed to cut the water line, then reinstall when the crawl space work was completed.
I would absolutely use these plumbers again!

Service Pro Plumbing is an excellent company. Our experience has been top notch from our initial call to following up to ensure the installation is working properly. They replaced a entire house water filter from LifeSource water. They came for a pre-site walkdown to ensure they understood the job and had the right tools, they advised on what needed to happen during the replacement as well as after to ensure the media settled properly. Then they followed up a few days later to ensure everything is working correctly. I would definitely call them again.

We are ecstatic with these guys. To make a long story short, the price wasn't bad but the timing was quick, service and communication was perfect! The work they did was a shower faucet fix replacing very old parts with new parts. Compared to other services called, we saved literally $10K. No kidding. The other companies either didn't do this kind of simple repair or didn't even bother to come out and look at the problem.

So incredibly grateful for Service Pro Plumbing! Their customer service is fantastic- both over the phone and in person! Will installed a new kitchen faucet for us after a “do it yourself” disaster. In less than 24 hours, we now have our kitchen faucet back! They get 5 stars from us and our business for life!!

I had them over to estimate a job. FYI they charge a little less than $100. The serviceman was courteous and timely.

I received 3 quotes from three different companies and they were the middle quote. All three were within $150 of each other so I guess that's just the price for the job. I chose the least expensive repair in this case.

Fantastic service - very repsonsive in communications and in sending a plumber to assess the issue. Non operational well was repaired in a very short time, team went above and beyond to ensure if was completed within the estimate.

Plumber named Tim arrived to repair faucet. However he had to go for parts. He was respectful and professional. Did his job in good time and left area clean. I will use/recommend this company.

Marshall was wonderful! My water heater broke and started leaking. We contacted our home warranty company and they scheduled Plumber Today to come take a look. Marshall took one look at the water heater and knew immediately that it needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, upon his arrival, our home warranty company practically ghosted him, so he wasn't able to fix the heater the same day. He was so kind and stayed for a couple of hours trying his best to get ahold of someone. As it got later, we decided to go ahead and schedule for him to return 2 days later to replace the water heater. He showed up on time and was very professional. He did a wonderful job explaining everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. We had a great experience and will consider Plumber Today for any future services.

After a stressful morning of waiting five hours dealing with a bogus plumbing company that never showed, Home Serve found me Plumber Today. Billy was out within the hour, and fixed a tank leak in my bathroom commode. He was upfront and honest with me about purchasing a new toilet or fixing what I had. Reasonable, and made sure the job was secure. A reliable plumbing company!

Extremely Disappointed – Flooded Home After Service, No Accountability

I hired Plumber Today to replace a hot water heater on June 7, 2025. Just two days later, my cleaner arrived and found my entire first floor flooded. The leak was traced to the hot water line connected to the new heater.

As an active-duty military member stationed out of state, I couldn’t get there immediately. My cleaner wasn’t comfortable turning off the water, so I called Plumber Today. Their response? They couldn’t send anyone until the next morning, and they quickly claimed zero responsibility for the issue.

I had to take time off work, drive 9 hours from Maryland to Charlotte, shut off the water myself, and start cleaning up a major mess—caused just two days after their installation.

To make matters worse, I’ve received no apology, no acknowledgment, and no support from the company. Just silence.

I cannot recommend Plumber Today. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to stand behind their work or help you in an emergency.

Marshall was very professional and had a great personality. He gave us several options for our problem with the garbage disposal, with pros and cons for each.
He was very knowledgeable and methodical about his work. I would definitely recommend Plumbers Today.
