I received an HOA violation for a dirty fence at property I own with only days to remedy the problem. I reached out to the team at South Lake Exterior Cleaning on Thursday, they had me a quote that same day. It was extremely reasonable and they were there by Monday morning to clean the fence. I couldn’t be happier with the communication and service!

My experience with Southlake exterior cleaning was flawless. They power washed my chimney and cleaned it right up. Great job. The second job I had done was to wash all exterior windows of my house . ( September 15) .A on time arrival and a fantastic job on all our windows!!! Thank you so much !

Dominic is very professional, very courteous and responsive. He was able to put me on his schedule on a very short notice, understanding the urgency to present my house the best possible to future buyers. He was able to remove some stubborn stains on my concrete and left my house sparkling clean. He did power washing of my house, the driveways and gutters as well as the windows (inside and out). He worked fast and efficiently with minimum disruption of our daily routines (working from home). He was able to offer me a bundled price very convenient and reasonable. I highly recommend him to anyone.

These guys do an amazing job with my gutters. Not only are my gutters completely cleaned out for the first time, but the cleanup afterwards is done perfectly. I’m very particular about any work being done on my house, and New View far exceeded my expectations.

Dominick was responsive & extremely helpful with the quote on various services. I hired New View for pressure washing the exterior of our brick house & window washing (exterior & interior). All done smoothly over two appts in time for Thanksgiving guests. I also appreciated getting advice on areas of concern ie. a couple of windows with fogginess due to old seals.

We contacted New View Window Cleaning for gutter cleaning. Dominick was prompt to respond back. Due to a cancelation Dominick was able to come the next morning to do the gutter cleaning. He was prompt, did a great job, including cleanup. The price was reasonable. I asked for a certificate of insurance (gutters were high up) and he had his insurance company send the certificate. Great job!

Dominic and New View Window cleaning was fantastic. In addition to great service I have a new understanding on how to properly clean our pavement. We will be calling them again.

Dominick responded, with a phone call, to my online quote request within MINUTES. Within an HOUR he was at my house for a site visit and providing the quote. He was able to schedule our gutter cleaning and house washing within a couple WEEKS (would have been less if it weren't for Thanksgiving in there).
