New View did an excellent job of cleaning the gutters for our 14 home neighborhood. They have also cleaned interior and exterior windows and do a great job. Their crew is efficient, courteous, gets the job done and leaves things clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

New View Window Cleaning did a great job on my roof as well as my windows. My roof is 14 years of old and was looking very bad, with black and brown streaks and even some mold. Dominic showed up right on time, explained what he was going to do, what to expect from the cleaning process. The cleaning solution is very strong and Dominic was very careful to keep our hedges and bushes from getting damaged. All in all he did an excellent job. After the roof wash Alex (from New View) came by and did an impeccable job cleaning the windows and window frames. My wife is extremely happy about the sparkling windows. I highly recommend New View Window for these and other household services!

We hired New View to powerwash our sidewalk which was very badly stained from the clay soil. The results far exceeded our expectation and the price was very fair. We can’t wait to have our windows cleaned!

This company met every one of our expectations plus more. They arrived promptly to stretch our carpets and clean them. When Andy saw what kind of tack-strips had been used before, he realized that he needed something different. He volunteered to return with the new supplies on his own time and at no extra charge. Jason cleaned our white carpet of 13 years of spills and stains. Even the stairs! I highly recommend them and will use them again.

The employees are great. I had Todd come he got my carpets brand new, can't see any dirt or stain left. He also did my stairs and my sectional. Prices are reasonable also. Would definitely recommend!

These guys have done great work for me in the past but most recently I had a bad experience.
Cleaning solution was spilled all over my hardwoods and not cleaned up, a lamp was knocked over and several pieces broke off and furniture was not moved back to its appropriate location. Upon calling, I received an apology but I really feel that since my lamp was damaged and I had to have my hardwoods cleaned, a monetary or service concession should have been offered.
Unfortunately I probably won't use Carolina Carpet Cleaning again, as it doesn't seem that they are interested in retaining repeat customers.
