I had my rug cleaned. It was picked up quickly and quoted 1-2 weeks for cleaning. By the 3rd week I contacted the company to get the status. Promised I would get it that week and never showed. I received it a week after. Customer service is not good. I would beware of this company.

This is the third time we have used Carolina Carpet Cleaning. We have dogs, so you can imagine the issues that come up. They cleaned two of our large Persian rugs before. Picked them up and delivered back after doing very thorough cleans. This time, well, it was two couch cushions that they took care of in record time. Thankfully. I will always use them for those things that need prompt and careful attention.

Awesome job! We are new to Charlotte and I took a chance on Carolina Carpet Cleaning. I will look no further in the future. The service technicians arrived on schedule and completed the job in a timely manner. The results were great and the charge was reasonable.

We have used Carolina Carpet Cleaning several times now. Each and every time the service was great! Our elderly dog vomited on his (our) favorite recliner and Steve got the stain and odor out. We thought we were going to have to landfill the chair, but it looks like new now. Yesterday, Jason came and cleaned several area rugs and our bedroom wall to wall. He was prompt and took his time in cleaning all the carpets. CCC is my go-to carpet and upholstery cleaner.

We hired these folks to stretch old carpet, clean carpet which had a number of serious stains on it, and clean the grout in our bathrooms and laundry room. The only item of those 3 done well was the carpet stretching. The stains didn't come out of the carpet after it was cleaned. My husband went behind the carpet cleaner, used a product from the grocery store and the stains are almost completely gone. The grout cleaner made marks all over several freshly painted walls with his cleaning hose, took a lot of new paint off the trim, and chipped the bathroom floor tile. The company did send someone to repair the damage but it took several phone calls and 2 trips by the man who fixed it - extremely inconvenient for us to deal with. Also, the grout was not very clean. I ended up finding a product left behind by the company who installed the tile 19 years ago that worked much better. Like my husband and the carpet, I had to follow behind the cleaning folks to get a decent result. I believe Chris came out and estimated the costs of the services and he seemed very nice. The gentleman in the office who responded when we called about the damages was also nice and worked quickly to get the repair man out to fix the damage. However, because of the poor job cleaning the carpet, the poor job cleaning grout and the damage done to the walls and floor, I cannot recommend this company.

I moved into a new apartment and the carpets were OK but dirty. Couple stains, hair everywhere. I moved in on December 30th so with the holiday I wasn't sure when I'd be able to get someone out. I had an appointment the morning of the 3rd and it went great - the guy was clean, professional and respectful. Did a great job and the carpets look like new.

I would definitely recommend these guys. They offer other services like upholstery and whatnot but I didn't do any of them so I don't have a review at this time - maybe someday.

If you're in the upper Charlotte area (Cornelius, Huntersville, Davidson) definitely give these guys a call if you're looking for a stress-free carpet cleaning experience.

We had a section of carpet that was stained red and nothing we tried would remove even the slightest bit of the stain. We reached out to Carolina Carpet Cleaning and they said they could patch the carpet no problem at all. Andy came out to our house and used some of the extra carpeting we had in the attic. He was in and out within 30 minutes and did a phenomenal job. You cannot tell at all the carpet has been repaired. Andy was super friendly and professional and obviously an expert at his job. We highly recommend this company. Thank you so much Andy!!

Best cleaning EVER! Carpet looks new and was done quickly without soaking it and was completely dry in less than 24 hours. They responded very quickly and resolved an issue where painters had spilled paint on the carpet.

I've used two other companies in the past. They weren't bad, but I often felt that I had to push them to do a good job. With Carolina Carpet Cleaning I didn't need to push at all. They did a detailed and thorough cleaning. I like that they prep the carpets by vacuuming them first and I like that they use a pre-treatment as part of their basic service. (Not every company does this as part of their basic service.) I had some pretty nasty stains on some white area rugs but now they look great. I would highly recommend this company.

Steve (owner) and John are both very unprofessional and the worst at communication. I expected a lot more from a company who have undeservingly high Google rating. It all started when I contacted them for a carpet cleaning. I gave Steve the floor plan with detailed sq ft measurement and they quoted me a price to which I agreed. On the scheduled day of cleaning, John came by to do the cleaning. I told John that I will be stepping away and I will come back in an hour. When I returned, John was missing in action. Apparently, John left the house without even trying to contact me to discuss and he just left the house unattended. I tried calling John right away and it went to voicemail. I was left waiting to figure out what might have happened. I tried calling Steve but only got a text to say pricing was too low and he asked John to leave. Steve committed to honor the price and to do the carpet clean himself admitting his fault. Steve kept on delaying the cleaning for many weeks citing various reason for delay and kept making promises to do it. All phone calls went straight to voicemail. Texting was so difficult because there would be little to no response at all. After 4 weeks, at which point, I realized that Steve is only playing GAME and was deliberately delaying with no real intention of fulfilling his commitment. All issue would have been easily avoided had they contacted me to discuss pricing. I truly do not recommend a company who would suddenly abandon client and make empty promises to keep waiting clients hoping. This is not how you treat your client. Very disappointed!!!!

This is the second time I've used Carolina carpet cleaning. The first was for a large red wine stain on a white carpet and just recently they completely removed a blood stain. They've always done an excellent job on tough stains. I would highly recommend them for carpet cleaning and spot removal.

Steven is always friendly and helpful. I only use Carolina Carpet as they clean my area rugs. They will do your carpets again if you are not satisfied. They are real convenient to my home. If you want a great experience, hire Carolina Carpet.

They were great! Took a couple calls to get an appointment set up (they're busy!), but their carpet stretcher (Chris) was on time, polite, professional and did a great job stretching out our lumpy carpets for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

Carolina Carpet Cleaner (Steven) came to my house to clean our Pottery Barn sectional. We had moved, our furniture was in storage a few months. When the furniture came out of storage, it smelled and had some stains on it. Steven was able to get the stains out and it now smells so fresh. Thank you. Carolina Carpet Cleaner!

Have used these folks for years with absolutely no problems whatsoever. They do great work and have made sure everything was satisfactory before leaving. I understand that every company out there will get some negative reviews at times as that is common in any business no matter how well a company is rated. However, as far as the experiences I have had with Carolina Carpet, I can honestly attest that they are one of the best out there and I have tried many.
