I have a big area rug with a really big stain on it. I tried everything I could to get the stain out and had no luck. I called Carolina Carpet Cleaning and spoke with Steven who was very polite and professional. The price I was quoted was very reasonable and not only did they pick up my rug, but they got the stain completely out and dropped it off as well! Definitely will recommend this company to everyone I know!

I had both Andy and Aaron out to do carpet cleaning and a carpet stretch in a high traffic area. In addition, I had an outdoor area rug that my landscapers walked on with red clay on the bottom of their shoes. Aaron was able to get it right up and the rug looks brand new. I own a small preschool and need to have our carpets cleaned regularly. Carolina Carpet Cleaning has been cleaning our carpets for several years. They are consistently good. I love how they come on time. Their service people are always polite and professional. They get the job done quickly and efficiently and do a great job. Our carpets are always fresh and deep cleaned. This company is reasonably priced and that is why I use them. I can't ask for more.

Our carpet is 17 years old. Carolina Carpet keeps it looking great. Last week, we had them do the whole house. They took their time, worked hard on stains, did a thorough job. It looks so nice, and even feels new to our feet. Very reasonable price, totally dependable. I highly recommend Carolina Carpet.

We were moving out of a rental but only needed the carpet on the stairs cleaned. Carolina Carpet cleaning was so helpful and worked with us for only needing a small area done. They were on time, very respectful and very friendly. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I've used Carolina Carpet Cleaning for many years to clean our carpets and they always do an excellent job! I woke up to an "emergency" with our area rug this morning, and contacted them for help. Within the hour they were on their way to resolve the carpet issue. They are so courteous and professional, responsive and do excellent work. I cannot recommend the enough!

Dec 26, 2023 - I am extremely unhappy with the service provided by Steven at Carolina Carpet Cleaning. More than 3 months ago, he picked up three rugs from my client to clean them and deliver as directed by my client. Steven has had personal problems that have delayed delivery of the cleaned rugs. Over the past 6-8 weeks, he has broken multiple commitments to deliver the rugs. I have offered to have them picked up, but he will not provide a new address for his business. He is no longer at 18631 Northline Dr e, Cornelius, NC 28031. He asked for a cash payment at the time the rugs were picked up. My client's family is extremely upset with the situation as well. I have used him on multiple occasions for my clients with no issues. A review will also be posted to the Better Business Bureau to warn others. Very unprofessional and nonresponsive.

Steven does a wonderful job. I have used him several times and he is always responsive. Today, we had an emergency because our dog got sick on the carpet and he was able to work us in. He does a great job. He is very honest and professional! I highly recommend using him.

They did an excellent job! My daughters dog dug a hole to the cement! We thought we were going to have to replace the whole room's carpet. Carolina Carpet Cleaning came and used a piece of carpet we had and fixed the hole! It looks fantastic

Steve was great to work with. Very friendly and just overall a great guy. He cleaned our 4 bedrooms carpeted rooms. There were stains from our kids over 15 years old and he got them out. Didn’t event think that would be possible. Amazing work!!! He works super fast too. Getting anyone else to clean your carpet would be a mistake and a waste of your time. Steven from Carolina Carpet Cleaning picked up my rug for cleaning in early November, with the intent of having the cleaning complete by the week after thanksgiving. After weeks of reaching out for updates on delivery, I finally picked it up from him instead, only to find that it haven’t been cleaned at all. I sent pics and video of me pulling hair and dirt off the “cleaned” rug and Steven replied with an apology, saying it was a disgrace and he would send a full refund. That never happened. I followed up and was told again that a refund would be issued. It still hasn’t happens and he’s essentially ghosted me. So, if you want someone to hold onto your rug for a month and a half, give it back uncleaned, and then charge you $160 for it, Steven’s your guy.

Based on other recent reviews, seems like this is a bit of a trend. I don’t know. Feels like a scam to me.

Steven did a great job on the house today! He cleaned the couch, stairs, carpets and area rugs. He was on time, friendly and professional. We have kids and older dogs who have accidents on occasion. Our entire family also recently got over the stomach bug. After the cleaning, the couch looks new again and the carpets smell so fresh and clean!! They came to my home picked up my very precious rug from Afghanistan. I needed pet scents removed and no perfume or fragrance added. Not only did they completely remove the pet urine smell with no fragrance but the rug is softer than it’s ever been. The colors are so much more vibrant and rich as a result of the cleaning. Very highly recommend!

i recently hired a carpet cleaning service in cornelius and i have to say, i’ve never been more impressed. marvin came out and used a mix of spinning brush technology along with steam cleaning, which really made a big difference compared to other carpet cleaners i’ve tried over the years. most places just use a steam wand, but marvin’s process included deep cleaning with brush agitation and steam, which got my carpets much cleaner. he clearly enjoys his work and managed to remove stains in my office that nobody else could get out. i’m definitely recommending this service for the whole office building!
