I once had a company that handles offices do a deep cleaning and have had several different cleaners over the years, but Crystal Pro was hands down the cleanest and the best! And also the best value, to my surprise. Incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, they are the type of cleaners who move things to dust behind. I am so pleased with their excellent work!

Rough experience. Would not recommend. Had a cleaner come out who mentioned another client’s name during the visit —a serious privacy concern — and the quality of the cleaning was well below what’s expected. When I brought it up, the balance was waived, but that doesn’t make up for the unprofessional behavior and poor service. If they’re discussing other clients in your home, that’s a red flag. The experience itself was disappointing…hire at your own risk.

Tried to make appointments twice, first time I asked for a few different options for availability and they just replied with “no we don’t have availability for those dates”- no suggestions for another day?? No asking if I’d even want to try another day. Ok! 2nd time, I tried to make an appointment and not sure if my request had gone through their system via website because I never heard back.

Didn't have a great experience whatsoever. Tried to book an appointment over the phone and was rudely told that they weren't going to accept "my kind." I find this to be extremely disrespectful and racist as an African American woman. I will never book an appointment with you guys again.
