Whitney and Brooke cleaned our home this morning for the first time and we are thrilled to have found them! They did an incredible job and were very profession and courteous. I'm excited to set up recurring cleanings with Maid Right!

Maid Right did an excellent job cleaning our house. Amy and Autumn were very professional and friendly. They cleaned places we haven't been able to get to since we've been here. They asked us if it was OK to use certain products for cleaning different surfaces before using them. I would recommend them to anyone!

Just in time for the craziness of the holidays, Matt and his team came out and cleaned our home today. We realized last minute that we needed a house cleaning before company arrived, and Matt, the owner, worked to fit us in to an already tight schedule.
Kashana, our house cleaner, was friendly and courteous and took the time to give our house the attention it needed. She was thorough and detail oriented as she cleaned, and Matt even came by to pitch in and to make sure I was satisfied.

Maid Right is an excellent professional cleaning company that I would highly recommend to any individual or business looking to make their life easier. Matt, the owner, and his team (Nichole and Lorai) were fantastic. Communication is important to me and Matt was very responsive, on time, professional, and friendly. They had their work cut out for them as I have a toddler who leaves quite the crumb and snack trail wherever he goes and lab who should be bald due to the amount of hair he sheds. I couldn’t be happier with how clean everything is!

I am so happy with the recent cleaning of my home. I have been using Maid Right for almost a year and they are a great fit. They are ALWAYS on time, very responsive and friendly. There are always 2 cleaners and I recognize at least one of them so I feel comfortable with them in my home. They are always very nice. If I ask for them to pay special attention to an area for cleaning, they always deliver. If, on the off chance, something is overlooked, Matt and his team always make it right. I have a furry golden retriever and 2 small children.... and now I have one day a month where my house is spotless. I love it!! ++my stovetop is always sparkling... I don’t know how they do it :)

Had my first clean with Maid Right today. Matt is great to work; super responsive and thorough. Its nice to come across someone who genuinely cares about their business. As for the clean; the team that came was professional, responsible and friendly. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again. I especially liked their use of the Enviroshield. It makes my home smell like fresh air.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! We were moving from out of state and wanted to have our new home deep cleaned. Maggie was extremely responsive and accommodating to our cleaning needs. We especially liked her willingness to customize our cleaning to suite our specific needs (appliances, carpet cleaning, ceilings, windows...). The cleaners were incredibly thorough and the house was immaculate! I would recommend Maid Right again and again to anyone in need of a cleaning service!

I have been using Maid Right for over a year. I initially chose to book with them over others because I was impressed with the owner Matt's responsiveness and the groups' policies on illness/masking.
Matt remains professional and easy to communicate with/schedule cleans; however, Whitney, Brooke, and their team keep me coming back. All of the maids I've met are friendly and efficient. Whitney especially goes above and beyond to ensure things are pristine and even checks in with me to confirm any problem areas are addressed. I look forward to each clean and enjoying a beautifully clean house afterwards. I strongly recommend Maid Right to anyone in the North Charlotte area!

I recently scheduled Maid Right cleaning service to clean my home and was very pleased with the service and overall experience. Matt and his team showed up on time, carefully brought all equipment and supplies into my home and got right to work. They were very personable and respectful and I felt comfortable having them in my home even when I wasn't there. I really appreciate how thoroughly they cleaned everything from top to bottom and did so without leaving a heavy cleaning/chemical smell in my home! Great house cleaning service, highly recommend!
