I have to give Hannah, MacKenzie and Hydee a five-star review! All three were very conscientious. They worked quickly but carefully and did such a nice job. Hannah brought several things to my attention that really needed cleaning and asked questions when she was unsure about something, and I appreciated that so much. I could tell that she was doing her best to make sure I was satisfied with their cleaning. She was happy to touch up a few things that I saw while they were here, too.
Also want to acknowledge Michelle in customer service! She is the best to work with!

Crystal and Brandy L. did a terrific job cleaning our home last week. They were prompt, polite, and really seemed to sincerely care about making sure our house was clean and that we were were pleased.
I have found that customer service with this company has been excellent.

I am a Realtor and always use MaidPro to prepare my listings. They give each home a "like new" quality. Just had Sherry, Hannah, Raegan and Brandy sweep through a listing and it is pristine! They were professional and friendly as well. Had a lovely time watching them work!

Felicia, Heather and Maddie M did an excellent job. They especially cleaned my bathroom so well. They made my bathroom cabinets look like new and the smell so good. I really like it. Thank you!

I can personally recommend this team for your cleaning needs. I asked them for a deep cleaning of my townhouse in Cornelius and the service I received was exemplary! The team lead, Kim, and the rest of her group (Taylor, Victoria & Hannah) made my home sparkle.

The booking process was easy, and they were flexible with my schedule. The team was a few minutes early and jumped right in after doing a quick walk around for specifics I wanted them to cover. Afterward, they asked me to check everything as they finished the last few touches.

Perfection from entry to exit. I really appreciate the way they went the extra mile to make my home look its best.

My MaidPro team always does a great job. We try to keep up with the day -to-day stuff but we find it a real help to get a good thorough cleaning regularly too. The team (Crystal, Gabby, and Christiana) always do a great job. I work from home but they are quick and efficient so it never causes any issues for me at all. The house looks and smells so much better when they are done.

This place is funny and totally a scam. I called to do another cleaning to my empty house, new construction.
Everything was cleaning already, I just needed another clean to removed dust.. lol and I was told $780.00🤣 that was hilarious, they probably though I was a Rich. I will never recommend this place.

Starting with the office Manager, Michelle Shinn who was very kind and helpful from the very first call that I made...she answered All my questions and was super friendly!

We had a great experience with our crew. We needed help resetting the house with a deep clean before an event and Kim, Reagan, Christine, and Patricia made our home spotless! They were very thorough and efficient without any disruptions while we had to work. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a clean

Maidpro is really great! Kim, Teri, Carolina, and Madison did a fabulous job cleaning my house. They were so professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

Disappointed. At first, they give you their best crew (Kim as main person) so that it hooks you and you’re obsessed with the job they do. They were very meticulous at first and would spend 4 hours at my house. For 300 bucks I would hope they do that good of a job. After that first couple of times, they gave me crews who were less experienced and meticulous. Some people even left after 1.5 hours no joke. I can’t even clean the downstairs by myself in that time. One woman even put a cigarette out in my driveway and left her butt there (caught on my security camera). I would find places legitimately neglected and not cleaned at all. When I would express my concerns, they would say they would send me a new crew and assure me that they were experienced and do a better job but they never did. They said Kim was too high demand for me to get every time. Just a lot of empty promises and all in all they did not deliver in my opinion so I had to fire them and go with a private cleaner who is much more consistent with how clean my house is. I don’t like bashing companies but this is my honest opinion.

Kim (Lead), Kelsey and Janira did a fantastic job on our house. They were very professional, hard-working and friendly. Our house is sparkling ! We are very pleased with the results and will definitely call them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Octavia, Alexa & Yavitze did a wonderful job for my client. I am selling their home so it is critical that it is nice and clean for showings. I appreciate how hard they worked and how nice the home looked when they left!

Maid Pro LKN did a great job with our house! We’ve had 3 other cleaning services previously and this was the best our house has been cleaned! I was so impressed they sent 6 ladies to our home to make sure it was cleaned well and efficiently. Kim, Maria, Maddie, Christina, Maddy, and Edith did a wonderful job.

I had a new crew today (4 April 25) led by Brandy and co-led by Alexa with Octavia and Ashley F. also on the team. They were simply outstanding. We had a very dirty oven, and they cleaned it to look like new...extremely tough job. The rest of the house was cleaned in a highly professional manner as well. I, once again, highly recommend the services of MaidPro of Lake Norman.

Felicia (Team Leam) and Dayanara did an outstanding job cleaning my home. They were very thorough, professional, and always friendly. I highly recommend this MaidPro of Lake Norman team for any house or business.

We used MaidPro for about 6 months of biweekly cleanings. As others said, the initial cleaning and first few months were excellent. However, over time the quality definitely declined. Originally the ladies spent 3-4 hours in our home, and then it dwindled to less than 2 hours. Our last few cleanings were really bad with only basic cleaning done and many areas missed. We tried communicating our disappointment, and was assured it would be addressed, but our last cleaning was worse than previous. Entire areas were missed, muddy footprints on our bathmat, etc. If you're looking for a one time cleaning, I think they have experienced teams who do a great job. But it seems the reoccuring clients aren't the priority, so it wasn't a good fit for us.

LeeAnna W, Nadia B and Taylor MB were here today and did a great job! It’s spring and I have four shedding dogs. My home looks lovely and no dog hair! They went above and beyond in their cleaning and worked hard to make sure I was happy. I am happy!

This was our 1st time using MaidPro of Lake Norman and we were very pleased with their service and their professionalism. We ordered a deep clean and the Team of Kim (lead) Rebecca, Alexa and Madison were amazing and super friendly and were on-time and incredibly thorough. I am 100% going to recommend them to my friends in town. Thank you Kim and Team for a great experience!

I called MaidPro for a last-minute pre-Thanksgiving cleaning after my regular cleaner had a family emergency. They were able to slot me in during the holiday week and even found a time that worked for me. Felicia, Hayley, and Harley arrived on time, were cheerful and friendly, and worked their magic on my house - it was sparkling clean! Very happy with the overall MaidPro experience and would call them again in the future.

On edit 06/16/25: Called MaidPro again for another emergency last-minute cleaning. Kim, Octavia, Carolina, and Emmy came and did another great job on my house. Super friendly, worked hard, everything looks great. Thank you, MaidPro!
