Kim, Laurel, and Tabitha did an amazing job today cleaning our home. They were professional, polite and thorough with their cleaning. The 3 of them tackled our house in right at 3 hours. It smells so good and I truly appreciate the great job they did. Can’t wait for the next clean!

Kim, Rebecca, and Amanda were very professional and followed my instructions for safely cleaning the hardwoods and kitchen flooring in our home. The bathrooms were very well done. They worked very well together and finished the job in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with their work, and I’m looking forward to working with them on a regular basis.

I had a team of four come and do a great spring cleaning of my home. I had my son's bathroom with over four years of soap scum cleaned to see the polished chrome. They all did a great job. I had Kelsy B., Alexa T., Yari T., and Carrie L. on sight. Phenomenal team. They helped ensure my wife who is coming home from a few weeks on the road will be able to relax comfortably in a clean home. Since I am always on the road myself, it was nice to get assistance getting the home back in order.

Octavia, Harley and Emmy did a wonderful job on my home. Their attention to detail was top notch and all were very personable and professional. I would definitely recommend Maid Pro if Lake Norman and these three ladies for the cleaning of your home.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I have been consistently using Maid Pro for two years now for bi-weekly house cleanings. In my most recent clean, one of the cleaners broke a part of my $500 electric dog door and now the door is not working accurately. I sent all the information that the company asked for regarding the door. I was told twice that I would receive a phone call with a resolution.. It has now been TWO WEEKS since the incident with no phone call. I have consistently been reaching out to Maid Pro about an update (they don't contact you first) and they always state that someone higher up is going to contact me. It is hard to believe that a large company servicing multiple homes doesn't have better customer service. Very sad!

Update: I did receive my new dog door three-weeks after the incident. I heard from staff about two hours after I left the review. I feel that the company cares more about reviews than providing good service. I chose to leave the company and look at other options!

I had them come out to clean my house prior to hosting a birthday party for my sister, and they did an amazing job! Rebecca, Brandi and Taylor were professional and thourough, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Just had my first experience with MaidPro of Lake Norman. Brianna W, Rebecca M and Jennifer F were phenomenal! They were on time, courteous, friendly and boy did they work their tails off making our beautiful home sparkle. This was my first time booking a professional cleaner and I was super satisfied. I booked a one time deep clean, but I may consider reoccurring cleaning or for sure another one time clean in the future. Rebecca, Brandie, Taylor, and Nadia did a great job and were super fast and friendly.
