After a long vacation, it was so nice to come home to a clean house, especially right before the holidays. We trusted Matt and his professional crew to come in our home while we were not there. Along with being clean the house smelled great! I can't wait to use this cleaning service again.

I am not one to typically write reviews, however I had to make an exception for Maid Right. First, let me tell you a bit about myself when it comes to hiring companies to perform work on my house. I am a DIY type of person. Not because I want to save money, but because I have found people don’t take pride in their work anymore. In past experiences, the workmanship and attention to detail from the companies I have hired rarely meet my expectations. I feel like I have been ripped off when I know I could have done the job better myself. With that said, my friends and family know of my high expectations when hiring companies. As such, they know when I recommend a company they are going to have an excellent experience from that company.

My wife recently went back to work after our youngest started kindergarten. As such, our weekly routines have changed and our available free time to do house work has dwindled. As a DIY type of person, and someone suspect of hiring companies, I was reluctant when she recommended to take a look at Maid Right for cleaning our house. She received rave reviews from two of her friends on their service and thought we should meet with Maid Right to see what they could offer. Giving up free time with our kids in order to clean the house seemed like the wrong priorities. So we scheduled an appointment.

Matt from Maid Right North Charlotte came to our house to meet with us. He was on time and very professional. I had a list of questions to interrogate him with, but he was extremely patient with me and answered them thoroughly. He seemed very understanding and his answers made me feel more comfortable moving forward with them. For example, I was very particular about what cleaning solutions I wanted used on my hardwood floors. As long as I provided them (which is reasonable) they would use those cleaning products. I asked if they could throw certain items in the laundry as they finished, and they said no problem. They seemed very accommodating.

Since we hired Maid Right, we had 3 cleanings performed by either Nichole, Kashana, or Lorai. After they clean I go around the house to see just how thorough they were; imagine the guy with the white gloves on. I looked on top of the door moldings, on the blinds, on the baseboards, around the bottom of the toilets, and they were spotless! They say the whole house is disinfected and I believe it. They even do little things like straighten up the tv remotes and put a little fold in the toilet paper (like at the hotels). It’s this thoroughness, attention to detail, and doing the small things that have made me so impressed with this company.

As mentioned, I don’t often write reviews or recommend companies. However, if you want some of your free time back, hire Maid Right North Charlotte with confidence.

Elonda, Nicole and Jennie came to my home to perform a deep clean while I was working from home. They were very personable, friendly, on time, and great to work with. They were aware of what I wanted and got to work quickly. Any areas that I wanted them to address while they were in the home they took care of it without hesitation. They even straightened up my kids junky room to get a good vacuum. I really appreciate Matt's timely responses to every single question that I had (and there were quite a few), LOL! His responses were very prompt and timely and it was nice to see someone care so much about their businesses. Any issues I experienced and feedback given were well taken and that is much appreciated! I would definitely recommend this business.

We had our home cleaned right before the holidays and Maid Right did an awesome job. From outstanding communication leading up to the cleaning and the day of, to coming home to a spotless house, I can’t say enough great things about the service we received. Can’t wait to use them again!

Very nice and professional ladies! Cleans our office inside of Pinnacle Sales & Mail daily, and always are very respectful and wait for us to be off the phones in order to vacuum / clean. Laura/Lauren? with the newly purple hair is super sweet and helped refer me to the website to get quotes & more info on residential cleanings for me and my friends.

Move out cleaning service done very well, including clean refrigerator and oven, window sills, blinds, all the little details. Very pleasant interaction with the phone scheduler and subsequently the owner regarding the date of service and service details. Reasonably priced for the area based on multiple price quotes. Maid Right of North Charlotte performed a deep clean of some common area restrooms. The crew did a great job and Matt was a pleasure to work with. They were able to squeeze us in on short notice and had excellent communication throughout the process, even notifying us of an issue that needed a plumber to address. I would definitely contact this company again for future projects.

We have been customers of Maid Right for 2 years now. We have consistently had the same team for a majority of that time. Elonda, Nichole, and their new team member Gina are always a delight. I work from home and they are always very courteous and work to minimize disruptions. Of course they always do a great job and we look forward to those visits!

I'm really impressed with this cleaning company! I've used several local cleaning business and private cleaners over the years and was never impressed by the work. Right away the owner, Matt, was very communicative and helpful. He texted me the night before to confirm the cleaning and the morning of to give me an ETA. Matt and his crew were warm and friendly. The crew did an amazing job cleaning my house! I hate to dust and when I came home and found it gleaming I couldn't have been happier. The house smelled fresh and clean without smelling like harsh fumes. I've been wishing for a magic cleaning fairy, and they finally showed up! If you're like me and too busy or hate cleaning do yourself a favor and get a cleaning service! You can't go wrong with Maid Right!

I hired maid right to help clean my new house before we moved in. They were extremely professional. They first gave me a quote of 3 hrs and scheduled to provide the agreed upon service the following day. They arrived at their scheduled time and was able to throughly clean and end based upon our quote. I was so impressed! The team went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely hire them in the future.

We are very pleased with Maid Rite Cleaning. The products they use are environmentally friendly and also very effective. The backpack vacuums are very efficient. The ladies are friendly and very well trained to do deep cleaning. We always look forward to their arrival and love how clean our house is when they leave!! We highly recommend this service!
