AC has been out for over two weeks Brandon came on and it up and going in less than 2 hrs price was good service was outstanding i woo definitely be using these guys for all of my hvac needs from yearly maintenance and everything n between if i could give ten stars i would thanks guys one other additional bonus customer service is over the top

Hobgood installed my HVAC unit and came back and cheerfully and competently did some warrantie repairs. Great job and wonderful service.

Called this morning, my unit was coming on and off within a few minutes and I knew something was wrong and I had shut it off. The temperature outside was in the teens. Adam showed up a short time later and had it up and running in a hurry. Can't say enough about the professionalism and knowledge, best around!!!

Adam is great. I bought a new AC from him 5 years ago and he is as helpful today as he was on the day I bought it. I can't recommend him and his company enough.

Air conditioner quit cooling on a Sunday and on Monday they came out and had it back running.I hope everyone reaches out to them for prompt and courteous service. Highly recommend.

Adam came out fortunately on the same day appointment for my mother in laws heat pump. They were punctual, professional and precise.

Called these folks and asked for them to come out and tell me why my A/C doesn't work. They showed up at my house on time and evaluated the system and informed me that the "heat exchanger" was cracked (not sure what that is) and the compressor was bad. Long story short the system was 20 years old and had a bad compressor and the heat system also didn't work. They replaced the unit with a new one for thousands of dollars less then what the big company's had quoted me. They were there on time and left the yard clean. I would highly recommend these folks to my friends.

It was 10 minutes to five,as I work nights I had not realized that the air had stop working. One thing I did realize is that Hobgood might be closing.So I called and sure enough they were. But Mr. Hobgood came right over and fixed our problem. I greatly appreciate how dedicated he is. He was efficient and an outstanding person. I will always be a customer!!

This company has been great to work with. Our A/C went out Saturday night, called Sunday morning to see about service. They called back within 5 minutes, and a technician was out in less than an hour. We were given our options and decided to replace the unit. The unit was installed on Tuesday. I had a list from the home inspector that i needed to get done before selling my home. Robert was my technician and I couldn’t have asked for a better one. He was very thorough and explained to me what REALLY needed to be done. He performed the work in an efficient manner and was in/out in less than an hour. If you live in the Granville County area I would not use any other HVAC contractor besides Hobgood Mechanical.
