The Spotless Clean and Carpet Care team was punctual, extremely professional, friendly, and completed the cleaning of 5 bedrooms, hallway, and stairs quickly. No mess left behind, and they made sure I was happy with everything before they left. We will definitely be scheduling routine carpet cleaning with them in the future. We have 2 young kids and 3 long haired dogs, so they had their work cut out for them!

My carpets look brand new! I received excellent customer service from this team. They were prompt and even able to come earlier than scheduled. The team was professional and to great care to not bang up furniture. I will definitely use them again.

The owner of this company is nothing short of AMAZING! His company has been cleaning the office that I work at for years!! IF you ever have an issue (which is few and far between) he comes the very day to see what the issue is and makes sure it’s corrected…you don’t find customer service like that these days and I highly recommend this company!! The employees do an amazing job but are human just like me and can miss something but that does NOT happen often. If your home or office needs a dependable cleaning company USE THIS COMPANY!

The team showed up on time. Both very nice. The sofa is large and light colored. Approximately 2 years old with a o e year old dog. When they finished it apppeared to me that areas were missed and I pointed them out. The gentleman said the sofa was very dirty and that they had not missed any places. The job was completed on wednesday by 4:30. The sofa took 24 hours to dry. By friday ( moving day) I could clearly see many areas that were missed. Mostly the sides of the cushions. Disappointed !! EDITED the company reached out after reading my review offered to return They were on time polite and made sure I was pleased with the cleaning of the sofa. THANK YOU

Hiring the Spotless Clean team of Andre & Yobby was 100% first class. We were thinking in about replacing our 7 year old carpet but instead we contacted Spotless. The team did a great job communicating their ETA and when they arrived got right to work. They did a superior job cleaning the carpets and we'll have them back when needed.
My wife was so impressed with both representatives, she promised them a serving of her banana bread.
Thank you for saving us thousands on replacing the carpet. Our original carpet of 7 years looks brand new.

I hired spotless clean for a move out carpet cleaning. They were so helpful and accommodating. I wasn’t going to be at the house and I asked about leaving them a key. It was no issue. I came back to do a final walk through and they did an amazing job! Also, kudos to their office staff. When I called about booking an appointment and then called again to give the lockbox code, they were friendly and great to deal with. Highly recommend!

Spotless Clean was able to get me in quickly and it was such a pleasant experience from speaking with the representative to them completing my bedroom carpet cleaning. I especially like the phone call and text to let you know when they're arriving. They are respectful to your home, they covered the corners of walls and doorways to avoid damaging your walls when using equipment and put on booties to keep from tracking. The name says it all. Our 14 year old ecru colored banquette and chairs which have come in contact with coffee, tomato sauce and other sundry insults came clean like new. No markings or residue. Undre, our technician, was polite and proficient. This process exceeded our expectations.

We are hosting a party and we have a room where the cats go. We need to change that! My anxiety level is down now because they did a FABULOUS job! They were early, which was a good thing, and finished in a timely manner. They cleaned and deorderized the couch as well. Very nice and professional. Highly recommended!!!
