Treo is great company! We had our carpets stretched, and cleaned today and they look amazing and brand new. Fred was available for any questions/requests that we had and responded in a timely manner. He was personable, professional, and is truly an expert in this profession. We will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to our friends and family.

Had a huge hot cocoa stain in the carpet and you can’t even tell it was there! He came last month to do my downstairs rooms first and did a great job ✨✨ and I requested he come back for the upstairs. He even cleaned the area he walked over as he came out so that was clean too! I’d give 10 stars if I could ⭐️ on time, fair pricing, and above and beyond service. highly recommend 🙏🏼

Fred of Treo Gen Serv was very informative and knowledgable and professional. He let us use some of his equipment to help dry out the carpet which we didn't have. I give him an A plus.

I have been calling on Treo General Services for over 10 years now. I utilized their services on a professional level, and once I left that job, I have continued to call on them for my home.
Mr. Hayes is always courteous, friendly, professional, and does excellent work. As long as he continues to take my business, I will continue to call on him.

We had them come and clean carpets that our cat had sprayed on numerous times. They did a great job, explaining what they were doing, treating the order, and finishing off with a great cleaning. We were very pleased.

Absolutely fantastic service. Fred was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. He scheduled the clean the very same week I called. I had a last minute change to my schedule and he was willing to work with me on changing the time. Reasonable pricing and great work. Very upfront with both the cost and the time involved. We hired Fred and TREO to wash our carpets and I can't recommend them enough. Fred was highly responsive and communicative, he worked to get us scheduled as quickly as possible, came right on time, and did excellent, high-quality work.

Fred did an outstanding job for us! We had an emergency situation that required our carpets to be cleaned, and Fred was fortunately able to help us the very same day. Owner/Fred provided exceptional service, the appointment was booked right away, his team was on time and did an amazing job on my carpet! I was so pleased I had him to book an appt for my hardwood floors as well to bring them back to life. To my surprise he gave me an appointment the very next day, once again on time and did an amazing job! He is definitely my go to guy now!

Treo General Services does excellent work, they really take pride in their craft. I am a Trustee at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church of Durham. We contracted with Treo GS for carpet and pew stain removal, treatment and deep cleaning. In addition, we contracted for floor stripping and waxing in our fellowship hall. Treo GS was able to bring back discolored pews and carpet through a treatment that retored the PH. They cleaned every nook and cranny of the pews and carpet......beautiful job. The fellowship hall floor job was also done beautifully.
They were punctual and very professional on every aspect.
I would highly recommend their professional services without a doubt.
