We had a great experience. Was able to book online EASILY, they were prompt, professional, efficient, cost effective and did an overall great job cleaning our carpet- filled with urine stains and dog vomit ( marking every piece of furniture and dog crates). They were able to get rid of them and carpet looks as good as new. There was no upselling (like our previous company) and no exorbitant minimum cost to book an appointment/clean. Will certainly hire this company for future needs!

Joey and Norberto were a great team, arriving punctuality, taking care to get into the most difficult areas to clean, and giving us renewed carpet in our bedrooms and stairway. So polite, kind, and professional!

We had four bedrooms, our hallway, bonus room, and stairs carpet-cleaned this morning by Joey and Roberto. (In 2024, Joey and his teammate also cleaned furniture and a rug for us.) As always, their work was impeccable and careful, and their positivity and energy were much appreciated. Spotless is our first choice for carpet and upholstery cleaning - true professionals!

Not a great experience. Moderately good at cleaning, not so good at having the flexibility and dependability on which small businesses thrive. Does not manage crew effectively. Demands payment the day of cleaning. Is not interested in hearing about better ways to conduct business that would be helpful to customers. You can find better cleaners who are more interested in being reliable business partners.

Former owners of my new home had several 'live in' pets. Despite previous cleaning efforts, the home continued to have a strong pet odor and tons of hair everywhere.

I contracted with Treo General Services for carpet cleaning and could not be more pleased with the outcome. Fred, the owner and technician, was professional, prompt and thorough; he was extremely experienced in identifying and treating pet effected areas.

Following an hour of pretreatment and deep cleaning, our carpets were rejuvenated! They looked and smelled great! I will definitely use their service for future carpet cleaning needs. Very friendly phone etiquette, to begin with. No high pressure to try to upsell additional services or treatments. Fred listened to our needs, and gave a solid assessment of workload and pricing sight unseen. They were quite efficient and timely with the whole process. We hired them to do a move-out carpet cleaning of a three story townhouse we had leased. There were 3 adults, 1 five year old, and two dogs living in the property for about a year and a half, and after Fred and his team were finished, the carpet areas looked *almost* brand new again, considering they were cheaper builder-grade flooring choices to begin with. After completing the entire house in about two hours, he even made two additional trips back out there in between other jobs in the area to treat and try to save a fairly expensive West Elm area rug that one of my dogs had nearly ruined when they were a puppy. I feel their pricing was quite fair and their speed, efficiency, friendliness, and outcome of the total job was A+!
