STAY AWAY. Do NOT listen to the positive reviews. This “company” makes you leave a positive review before they leave your house. They also quoted me $175 on the phone and then told me it would be $380 once they were done with their “work”. I’ve since seen how air ducts are actually supposed to be cleaned, and I’m 100% convinced that this “company” did absolutely nothing. Unbelievably terrible. They are a SCAM.

Brent is amazing at what he does. He is very courteous and helpful. He will give you an honest opinion and give you options if need be. Will use next time

Westley did an incredible job. However, the carpet was dirty with running a family home childcare business. Overall, Westley have the carpet looking brand new. I look forward to continue working with this company.

I found a carpet cleaner that was able to get the job done I spoke with Brent who did an estimate of my house and gave me the best deal that I can ask for, I love that he was thoughtful, quick , and was able to communicate throughout the process, I recommend everyone to come through to Duct guys service they will not disappoint.

They gave an initial quote of 175, but became 600 after coming in. Initially on the phone they said all supply vents will be cleaned, but when he came in, he said nah, the ceiling vents are not covered, only the floor ones. Took 600 cash before cleaning, and forced me to write a good review even before the cleaning began because I was getting a great deal as the house my size would cost 900. Said, he is going to start with HVAC in crawl space and went out. Then he just drove away without doing anything!! They are running a scam. I tried reaching them again, but they block every number I call from. I tried driving to their Durham and Neuse location in Raleigh, it does not exist!! They have fake address on Google maps! I got scammed, please don't use them!!

The technician showed up at 830, half an hour late after the initial quoted time of 6 to 8 pm. He cleaned a bird's nest out of our wood stove pipe and left. Never even checked the rest of the chimney (even though it says on our invoice that we were charged $100 for chimney cleaning) or to make sure the wood stove was working properly before he left. We just tried to start it and it's still leaking smoke and clogged somewhere. This company took $250 from us and didn't even fix the problem. The technician asked my boyfriend to leave a good review and actually would not leave our house until he saw that it was done.

Jeff was the one who came to help clean my vent, he was very friendly and very professional. And the good thing is my vent is cleaned properly by him. Thanks Jeff.

I would really recommend that you ask for Jeff if you want your vent to be cleaned.

These men are thieves and scammers. I purchased a groupon for their services and once they came to my house they said the groupon did not covered the areas I needed cleaned. I was quoted additionally to get the job done. Mind you, I am a 5'3" woman that was home alone at the time with her teenage son. Well, the technician would not take no for an answer when I told him I wasn't interested in the services because I had just lost my cards that week and would not be able to pay for them. He insisted that I use Zelle to pay, so i did, no biggie right? Well then he says he can't finish the services because the payment didn't go through. He insisted that I do it again all while hovering over my shoulder. I did it, and both payments DID go through. I asked for them to refund me that second payment and he assured me that they would. Its been two weeks and they haven't. I called multiple times and each time they hung up on me or stopped responding all together. I am currently seeking legal counsel but please do NOT hire them! They will steal from you.

We set up an appointment on March 31st. No show. Then rescheduled for 4/20, no show again. They will not answer the phone and will not respond to us. Terrible customer service, and terrible responsiveness. Also, they will block your phone number if you try calling and are not happy. Would give 0 starts if possible. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Max came by and cleaned and repaired my fireplace quickly and efficiently! The other company I called couldn’t come out until January and were and way more expensive. Great service! Highly recommend!

The company was upfront about the additional charges that would come beyond the Groupon. They advised that they would do an inspection prior to giving the final cost, which they held true to word. Brent was an AWESOME technician! Highly recommend!
