AC went out early today in 100 degree heat and called One Hour and they showed up and diagnosed and fixed the problem in quick order and AC is now working great. Tyler, the technician was professional and curteous and made sure everything was clean when he left. Definitely recommend, 5 stars!

All the guys at At Green Horizon 1 hour heating and air-conditioning are absolutely great. Frank knew exactly what needed to be done today all our experiences with these folks have been perfect I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Bill was very professional and straightforward. His expertise and years of experience were evident in diagnosing issues. He took his time in explaining the problem and our repair options. It was also obvious during the visit that he is an excellent teacher to his intern. He was able to find us some discounts and rebates and more importantly was able to schedule the needed repair ASAP, to minimize the time we would be without AC. I would highly recommend Green Horizon and Bill particularly for any HVAC issues.

Frank was very professional and arrived on time. He explained issues and possible solutions. Highly recommended!

Shad did a great job with the maintenance of our system. Straightforward and efficient. This time I did not get a reminder text or call. The same day as our maintenance, the AC stopped working. Shad came back that evening and solved the problem which was an extention of the maintenance (drainage issue).

Frank did a fantastic job. He worked us in late on a Friday and stayed until 7:00. I've never seen that kind of customer service.

They might have great service, but I'll never know because I called literally 15 times today and no one ever answered.

These guys are great. Our technician, Tyler, did a fantastic job and the new system is working out beautifully.

Update: Tyler came back for our 6-month service and pointed out that I had been putting the ac filters in backwards! He was super nice about it though and showed me how I would know what was to put them in. Still think these guys are the best in the business!

This company was used as a 2nd opinion/diagnostic of my HVAC after losing AC. After a revisit from my original installer, I now have video evidence and real time explanation of the shortcomings of the diagnostics work done by One Hour. We were told there was no leak in the evaporator coil and there is a huge leak present that was shown to me in real time. Also, a different leak that was supposedly picked up by electronic sniffer did not exist and was confirmed electronically and with multiple bubble tests performed in real time. Unfortunately, we were given an estimate to fix a problem that DID NOT exist while the real problem remained undiagnosed by One Hour. Luckily, we waited for a 3rd evaluation before moving forward and did not fall victim to paying for unnecessary repairs. It is unfortunate that we had to pay to be misled.

Update: I appreciated the sincere apology and refund from the owner Bobby. I understand that mistakes happen and hope this act of integrity continues throughout the company.

Tyler was prompt and thorough! We appreciated his keen eye and his ability to explain things so clearly. UPDATE: Tyler is AMAZING!!! We’ve had a consistent issue since purchasing this HVAC and Tyler stayed with the problem until HE SOLVED IT! His patience is unmatched and so is his skill!

The specialist came out the next day, immediately found the issue and was super friendly and professional. I love how they give you a small time window and text you when the person is on their way. All the staff I’ve interacted with have been so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for any A/C issues or regular maintenance!

This is one of the worse companies to do business with. The techs are clueless and management are liars. They have stole my money for a year and never done any work. Tried to sell me something that they already sold me. That was the first negative sign with this company. There are so many more with just my experience. Frank was aware of all of the issues that happened and promised to make things right with me and I still haven’t heard anything from Frank. The icing on the cake was they sent me an invoice with someone else signature. I was referred to this company by a coworker. Now that the coworker seen the way I have been treated I don’t think she will be using this company anymore. If I could rate this company lower than a 1 I certainly would

Green horizon provides excellent service at reasonable prices. Five years ago replaced our HVAC. We've been with them ever since.

Really happy with our 2 new inverter heat pumps. Sam, Luis, Dixie, Julio, Zahi and Frank replaced 2 York systems for Amana S ones. It was as if they hadn't come at all. Everyone on the team was great. On top of that, the 2 systems are covered for maintenance and warranty for 10 years. I am just happy I don't have to think about those systems anymore. The last 2 gave me some sort of trouble every year.

The systems took a few days getting used to. Frank came in 2x after install to make some adjustments and now the systems are working pretty darn good. The variable nature of the handlers has greatly decreased the noise from the vents. We'll see what it does to my electric bill, but hoping to see the savings due to how efficient they are (16 and 20 SEER I think).

Pretty happy and would recommend these folks to anyone looking to install a new system (or multiple).
