I have been purchasing equipment and products from this Durham location for the past few years and have "never" been disappointed. Nothing but exceptional customer service from the management, sales counter personnel, warehouse, personnel, and delivery personnel.

Went to look for a circuit board for a unit,didnt have the board, they looked for hours, ordered one according to the info...when ingot there with the old board they had one right behind the counter...nice. for a nice price too...great service.

Good group of people at this branch. They are always on point with materials and having the hard to get HVAC systems in stock. Waverly, Trever, and William are a great and helpful crew!

Folks had smiles on there face and seemed eager to help or I should say enthused to help solve my problems. Not only did they point me in the right direction. I respected that they didn't lead me on. They knew what they knew and didnt acf like they did bout what they didnt, getting into the specifics. Much Luv to Waverly Jones, made it seem like a conversational experience rather than a purchase from a business!!!

Our technician (Bill) did great. Asked if he could come early when he was running ahead of schedule, got in, got the job done quick, and was nice the whole time.

the technician Moses was very helpful when dealing with a coolant leak, he offered good practical advice and was candid about pricing for repairs and how long I could likely go without repairs. He also explained the details of the repairs well so that I could make informed decisions.

Bill Brewster from Green Horizon One-Hour HVAC did a fantastic job for us today. As a guy who used to own his own company in the industry (sold his business, tried to retire but couldn’t sit still) he knows much more than the average tech. I received a tour of our system, good advice on how to extend its life, and more.

Ask for him.

Lori contacted me to schedule very quickly and Bobby arrived a couple of hours later at the expected time. Bobby took time to answer all my questions and explain how the system works and what to expect next. Overall a stellar experience!

I have a maintenance agreement and all was handled as the agreement stated both ontime and professionally. Communication was excellent before the appointment and the day of the appt. I have used them for 2 years now and plan to continue in the future.

Office staff and technician were super friendly and helpful when scheduling initial visit to inspect HVAC unit and the issue we were having. The follow up
repair and cleaning were quick and efficient. I felt like we were provided super service without unnecessary costs.

Bobby was very competent in estimating our requirements and submitting a competitive successful bid. The installers Jeremy and Oscar well excellent. On arrival they explained everything, we're polite and respectful of our house. They worked diligently and non stop. Reviewed with us at completion, cleaned all workplace and advised may need some adjustment next day, so call if needed. Therefore, with our experience so far we would highly recommend both the company and Jeremy and Oscar. Thanks guys.

Julio Aureloes Of Green Horizon One Hour was the installation project leader for Amana heat pump. He was very professional, courteous, punctual and diligent in executing his responsibilities individually and that of his team members. The project was executed on time and successfully. Julio is a proud representative of Green Horizon.

Work was done quickly and problem was resolved. I do wish the total costs and work to be done was discussed up front as the total was higher than expect because apparent a duct need to be fix but there was no fee for him coming out so that was great!

They were responsive, and able get someone, Tyler, out here earlier in the day. He was efficient and very polite:)

Anthony is amazing! Such a professional and so efficient in his diagnosis. Within 15 minutes, he knew why we didn't have heat, figured out how to resolve the issue temporarily before the replacement part could be installed tomorrow. He came back the next day and got the job done! We couldn't ask for any better service!

Bob was very professional in assessing our air flow issues. We’ve had several assessments. His review of our issue was fair, honest and thorough. He explained in detail and provided an in-depth estimate within a few hours.

Tyler did a great job on assessing the problem with my AC. He saved me a lot of time and money, and I’d definitely hire him again!

The technician was punctual, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and answered questions that I had concerning who will foot the bill if approved (Duke Energy).
