They have charged us $4882.00for the repair. When I checked through AI it said $1200 . Never use them.
Overcharging .
Extremely disappointed. Will never call them again.Actually we are one of your Customers. I said you charged me $Four thousand Eight Hundred . I already made a complaint with BBB that you are too expensive and overcharging. Did not let me talk to your owner not gave me itemized invoice. You said you change the login board in our office. But did not give me the cost of the login board nor the labor charges. Will NEVER EVER use Hays Heating.

We have been using Hayes for several years and are very happy with their services. We get twice a year check ups and the technician is very helpful and knowledgeable.The office staff is friendly and does a great job coordinating work. We recently replaced an old heat pump upstairs and the two technicians were excellent, finishing in a single day.

John did a great job! Found a relatively small issue that was causing the furnace to turn off and stayed to be sure it would come on and off properly!

We have used HAY’S HEATING AND Air for several years now and have always been appreciative of their excellent and honest service. The Mike Jr is very well trained in providing excellent customer service and I’ve always been able to depend on them. Mike did a great job meeting with my builder when we were in the process of starting our home. In particular I’d like to thank and recognize one of their Service Techs, Jose. He was part of all the install as well. He did a great job explaining things to me, answering all the questions. I feel we are in good hands with Hay’s heating and air. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

I have been very pleased with Hay's and signed up to be a maintenance customer last year. The upstairs unit of my zoned HVAC stopped working during the weekend's winter storm and very low temperatures. I was able to get an appointment quickly and John arrived during the allotted window.
