I had a Trane heat pump installed yesterday. The whole process with A&E went smoothly, from the 1st meeting with Garrett to the 3 guys that did the install. They were polite, knowledgeable, and worked like a well oiled machine. Front office staff was courteous and helpful. All my questions were answered promptly. I'm extremely pleased with the system that was installed. You can not go wrong when choosing this team.

The folks at A&E were wonderful. We had lost heat in the late afternoon of a cold, cold day. We had our very young granddaughters here. They came out just after dark and restored our heat. This is just one example of the quality of their service. Over the past 10 plus years they are the only company I use.

I have been trusting A&E with my heating and air for many years. Initially, I chose them because they were local and based very closed to my place. Their maintenance has always been impeccable, their technicians competent and courteous, and they remind me when it's time. They replaced my whole system a few years ago and everything is great. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.

your technicians Garrett and Brandon clear a clogged drain line but they wired in a Trane filtration system that we paid $2000 for but our builder

My 25 YO went out on the hottest days of the summer. Not repairable. I called A&E and they came over within an hour in the evening. Tried to diagnose and repair, suggested a new system. By the next day, went over his suggestions and noted which systems could be ordered and installed fairly quickly.
The new system could be hooked into the old duct work, but required some adaptation.

The new system works great! It has no no noise, and no wind from the vents. Never seen anything like it. It came
With a new controller system that programmed and monitored remotely.

Tim and his crew came out to check the system and deal with little issues when they arose. Very responsive.

I love the aystem, the service, the price, and the speed of getting it out in. A&E has called every so often to make sure that all is well. Couldn’t be happier

A & E did a masterful job replacing our original huge gaspack dual unit. Removal, replacement, clean up, and a unit that has been flawless for the last 7+ years. They are my first call if I need them in the future.

We have been working with A&E for years. Just had our autumn service, and a switch on a unit needed to be replaced. They called ahead when on the way, and Brandon McFarland was great -- courteous, didn't mind the dog, explained everything clearly, took care of all the work quickly, and we are up and running.

I have worked with several other heating and air companies, in other cities and situations -- enough to know that it is *far* from automatic to have such a good experience. Thanks, and keep it up!

We first used A&E to install automated dampers and rework inefficient ductwork installed by a previous vendor. Their work was excellent. Later they resolved a difficult problem with an improperly installed blower motor housing from the same previous vendor. A&E now does regular twice a year maintenance on our system. Very pleased with their service and capabilities. We will be using them to replace our heat pump within the next few years.

A wonderful company to deal with. Tim is a great technician and we always enjoy having him in to service and maintain our units. We would recommend A & E to anybody who has HVAC issues!

Evan and Tim with A and E are both great. We are on their maintenance contract so they come out every 6 months to make sure everything is working properly, clean the system coils, check the thermostat and do an overall system check. They are professional, courteous, and show up when they say they will. We are very pleased with the service they offer.

The measure of any business is not when things go right, it is when things go wrong. Our old Carrier system was on its last legs. A&E replaced the heating, AC, and air handler. Of course the ancient Carrier zone thermostat failed almost immediately... A&E cut us an excellent deal on a super fast zone replacement. Then with the cool days at the start of summer the system had trouble adjusting and was icing up. Brad came out personally, several times, to get the AC tweaked. After all was said and done, our new system is fantastic, powerful and quiet. We would all love it if everything went perfectly the 1st time, but that isn't how the world works. I very much appreciate A&E being so tenacious and responsive about getting us up and running smoothly.

I honestly HATE that I am having to write this review because I know that working is hard for everyone, but it is very frustrating when a company causes a problem and doesn't make it right. We had a technician come out to our house for an AC "check-up" in June. The technician was said to have flushed the lines (which he did not). About 2 weeks later, we had water leaking through the ceiling of my daughter's room. We contacted A&E who had a manager and technician(?) come out in a few days. We were told that they would fix the ceiling by replacing drywall and repainting the entire ceiling (as it was the fault of the technician they originally sent). It took the the contractor approx 3 weeks to do the potential drywall replacement/patchwork. We had him scheduled at least 3 specific times and did not even call (or show up). He also said at one point that he had arrived to our house at the right time. He was clearly was noted on our cameras an hour later than the scheduled time. Finally, like I said above, he finally arrived and said the ceiling did not need new drywall and said, "hopefully, they'll have the guy out to paint soon, and he should paint the entire ceiling." After the patchwork was finished, my husband attempted to call (& text) the A&E owner WITHOUT response. Does everyone note the date that I am posting this? My husband finally called today and requested a refund because we have yet to hear from the owner (or see a painter). I am attaching pictures showing the massive water stain on her ceiling which was not their prior to the "service". The paint job was from a previous leak (before we began having our AC service) which was repaired by my husband. Shame on you A&E. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

A&E installed a complete heating and cooling system in my 30 year old home. The work was completed on time and it was done as professionally as any project I have ever had done. I would highly recommend A&E to family and friends. This business goes the distance. They have supported the system for about 10 years. The experience has been GREAT. This business is truly extraordinary. Trust, knowledge and ethics is woven into the very fabric of A&E. Thanks Ron for all of your team's efforts.

Really impressed with the service. It took them a while to arrive but when they came they were really thorough and took their time explaining things to me and making recommendations for how to care for our system in order to extend its life. We've dealt with a lot of local AC people and Yellow Dot is the original installer in our neighborhood but I thought A&E showed a much higher level of expertise than I've seen with any of the other companies we've used. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and will continue to use them for regular maintenance and "emergency" service. Best comparison is most of the guys I've used are like all those auto shops where you feel like a really inexperienced guy is doing the work and you wonder if you're getting gouged and then FINALLY you find that guy that actually seems to know what he is talking about and really seems to care about helping you maintain your car at the most reasonable price. Of the vast number of home repair services I’ve used over the years, I can say without a doubt that my experience with A&E far exceeds experiences with others. The technicians were always punctual, courtesy, professional to a T, knowledgeable and they took pride in the quality of their appliances and work! I don’t like overly chatty service people but one of the technicians who helped to replace and install a new furnace in a very tricky location commented to me that he remembered serving my 35 year old furnace and he assured me and explained to me in non technical terms that he was going to do excellent work. The installations were a 1-2 day project. After the first day one technician didn’t leave for home until after 6 pm and he returned the next morning at 8a sharp! I am so impressed with A&E and I give my highest commendation to them!👏👏👏

I found the company based on the reviews which I go through thoroughly before contacting a vendor. This tech provided the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I believe his name was Tim. Tim diagnosed my problem in 5 mins if that and although it was a simple fix, he went above and beyond in explaining how HVAC systems work. As a person that has more than 20 years of customer service experience as well as one who takes pride in giving excellent customer service, this was a pleasant experience and I plan to recommend them to all of my family and friends. You just don't get service like this anymore. Overall, the tech was professional, knowledgeable and personable as well. Keep up the good work.

A & E provides excellent service. The installed my heating and HVAC system, including new duct work. The crew was professional, they kept me informed with progress, and discussed any challenges they were having with the installation. The quality of the install was great, and so was their clean up. It has been a few years, and they are responsive and continue to provide excellent service maintaining the system.

Did a great job installing our zoned HVAC system when our old unit died. They worked quickly, efficiently, and were considerate of my baby. Recommended them to family nearby and they had great experiences as well. Very professional.

Wow! That was amazing service. I’m a first time customer and am very impressed with this company. It started with friendly people on the phone then excellent communication about the repairman’s eta. A&E bumped me to the head of the line and had a repairman out to my house the same day. A very respectful young man named Garrett arrived exactly on time. He wore a face mask and booties in the house which was appreciated. He methodically diagnosed my issue with the a/c and explained it to me in layman’s terms. Then he fixed it! The price was surprisingly reasonable. It doesn’t get any better than this. I strongly recommend this company.
