James was great! I was able to schedule an appointment for AC maintenance quickly. He was very thorough and explained everything. Our check up was only $65 and he didn’t try to up charge or find “something wrong”. He will be our annual maintenance guy!

I had a good experience with Lyons, my AC was clogged and had to get an emergency repair since I just moved and service hadn't been done in a while by previous owner. The next day I had a maintenance done and am glad everything is working well. Very fair pricing as well. Thanks!

My old furnace started making all kinds of awful noises and I was anxious it would fail right before selling my home in a few months. I explained my situation to James (owner) and Eric and they went above and beyond to revive the system, taking care to test all the components and diagnose the issue correctly.

Rather than jumping to (more expensive) conclusions, I really appreciated that they addressed the problem in stages, first thoroughly cleaning the unit (it was all clogged up due to a recent renovation), then replacing old and burned out wiring, before finally determining that the blower motor needed to be replaced. I happily paid for the repair in lieu of paying thousands for a new system! The final price was more than reasonable, and my furnace is running again like a champ.

This was my first time using Lyons and I'll definitely be using them again. They were very patient with my questions and conscientious with their work. Since they are a small business juggling multiple jobs, be prepared that they may need to complete the work over a few days and that your heat/air may be out-of-service during that time. Great experience using Lyon HVAC. Quick and accurate troubleshooting of our heat pump’s blower motor, followed up by great service and support. Always willing to explain the specifics as well, which is greatly appreciated by the more DIY-oriented folks like myself.
