I would like to say Thank you to Johnathan and Nate for repairing the recall on my HVAC system. At first, it was thought that a second appointment was needed. However, on a Friday afternoon these two gentlemen were amazing, worked hard to reconfigure the system and got it working. They were patient, professional and great at communication. Also, the All Weather Heating and Cooling staff (Ms. Penny) worked hard to schedule service and communicated to me the status of my order. I was very pleased with AWHC and recommend them.

David Soto was on time and did a thorough assessment and repair. I appreciated him taking the time to explain everything and share the pictures and videos before and after.

Been using the company for years. Service has been seriously hit and miss. Used them for preventative maintenance and new system installation ... service was twice a year on my HVAC ... and was never informed of potential issues with my unit until Tuesday, wheni was informedof severe issues. Last person they sent they now freely admit was not qualified to do the work but at no time was there anu comments from their staff of sny noted deficiencies.
Now, my furnace has died and we have no heat. the until stopped working right after they completed their service call. Now, they don't seem able to address the issues and didn'treach out when i requested to talk with someone. Will have to go elsewhere to get help. I can't in good conscience recommend the firm for your HVAC needs or preventative maintenance. They don't seem able to do the work anymore. Shame .... the original owner would be embarrassed.

I recently had a fantastic experience with All Weather Heating and Air after my heat went out during a critical time. There were numerous warranty challenges involved in getting the necessary parts covered, but Susan went above and beyond to stay on top of every detail. She provided regular and consistent updates, keeping me informed every step of the way, and ensured that I had heat restored the very same day the parts arrived. The level of customer service, communication, and dedication I experienced was outstanding. I would happily recommend All Weather Heating and Air to anyone in need of HVAC services and I fully plan to use them again in the future.

We work with All-Weather on large scale industrial jobs and recently now on a residential job. Their work is excellent and they are extremely transparent about what the options are and the various costs and benefits thereof. Good communicators and well organized, they believe strongly in doing good work that can speak for them by itself.

David Soto and Jon not only arrived on time, they were actually early for their appointment. They got right to work and completed their inspection routine professionally and efficiently. Their detailed report will be very helpful in monitoring the condition of our HVAC units. We are very happy with our ongoing relationship with All Weather.

David Soto was the BEST! Couldn't have had a better HVAC repair experience. He clearly explained what was going on, seems very knowledgeable, personable, and fixed our AC very quickly. I would absolutely go to him again.

David Soto was our technician today and as always, the service was outstanding.

I also recommend the HVAC service membership option (which includes a spring and fall inspection among other things. David showed us several pictures of our units and while the majority of things were working as expected, it was crystal clear that two parts needed to be replaced. We even got “after” pictures and even if my husband didn’t already know that what we were being told was accurate, I’d have felt confident of the need based on the pictures.

It was great to get ahead of what would have been a huge inconvenience if the parts hadn’t been replaced and everything failed this summer.

Nathaniel was friendly, professional, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my a/c and made suggestions for avoiding the issue in the future. I really appreciated how patiently and completely he answered all my questions. Great experience!

The best, I manage about 12 properties and these guys take care of all the HVAC needs. Their communication is top notch letting me know in realtime where they’re at and what needs attention. Dave, John and Penny give me the personal attention and service that I would expect from anyone in the service industry. Their willingness help me solve problems a little outside of their wheelhouse but closely related keeps me loyal.

David did a great job doing the service today and the maintenance that was required. He explained things very well. I felt one hundred percent trusting of what he was doing.

David Soto performed semi-annual contracted maintenance on our furnace with the efficiency and care I have come to expect from All Weather H&C. Our aging gas furnace got David’s full attention and he fixed a noisy running part that just began acting up this fall. I’ve relied on All Weather and its parent company for heating and a/c since 1985, and they’ve always come through in providing and servicing the equipment.

Great experience with my recent heat maintenance service. David was knowledgeable and made sure everything was running safely and efficiently for the winter. Excellent attention to detail and very professional. Highly recommended!
