Quick to respond and accurate with their diagnostics. I've been using their services for the past 3 to 4 years and have always had a positive experience. Most recently, when my heat stopped working, they identified the issue right away. A part had to be ordered from the manufacturer, which took a few days, but they provided a temporary fix in the meantime to keep things running.

We've been using Air Innovations for almost 5 years now and recommend them to everyone we know! We have always received friendly, professional, and informative services, and we know that if we ever have any heating or a/c issues that we are in good hands. We especially appreciate that they offer after-hours and services and are very quick to get someone over to our house in case of emergency. Highly recommend this company!

Our family has used Air Innovations several times for heat and air work, along with fireplace work as well. Andrew and the Air Innovations team has gone above and beyond in their work and communication on the work being completed. Andrew has been so helpful in explaining his findings and making sure that we understand all of the work that has been done. We couldn’t have asked for better service and will continue to use Andrew and the Air Innovations team with all our house needs.

I had a home AC issue. Air Innovations was professional, reasonably priced, and performed high-quality work. Unlike other companies I called, Air Innovations was transparent about their prices up front (over the phone). Several others I called said they would not give pricing over the phone and insisted that I first pay $100 for a technician to visit before they would reveal their prices. When I fell for that trap with a different company (before using Air Innovations), their technician came to my house and spent a grand total of less than 5 minutes "diagnosing the problem" before telling me their outrageously high prices to fix the problem, and suggesting I should just buy a new AC unit (from them, of course) and promptly sent me a quote. Clearly all that company really wants is to sell new AC units. Air Innovations was 100% different. They sent a real technician (not a salesman) who spent 2-3 hours testing and fixing the problem with care. AI stuck to the pricing they quoted over the phone. I felt their technician went above and beyond to provide a good service and make me happy. Highly recommend.

TLDR: Travis and Air Innovations are the best group out here. Extremely professional and dedicated to their craft. I cannot recommend them enough!!

HVAC unit broke and I made a call to air innovations at 9 and by 1:30 Travis was at my door. Quickly diagnosed that we needed a new blower motor but went the extra step of driving out to Raleigh and picking it up within 1.5 hours.

After installing the blower motor he identified that the bypass damper was incorrectly wired and we were not getting all the air we should be expecting. Made some quick adjustments and we are now good to go.

This is a class group through and through and experiences like this result in real loyalty and advocacy.

Air Innovations has always treated me with the utmost respect. I had Andrew in past years and he was wonderful and now have Josh Baker. Josh is very personable, and is interested in helping me find the best outcome for my wallet. I really enjoyed talking to him and hope to continue having him service my HVAC in the future. Air Innovations has been keeping my ancient gas pack going for a far longer than I could have hoped for. They are always punctual, polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and I could go on and on. The addition of Jaden to the team makes me happy, he always does a great job quickly and really understands customer service.

Our upstairs HVAC unit stopped working and Josh was able to evaluate with a same-day appointment, confirming that a new unit was needed. Amazingly he worked us into the schedule for installation the next day. The installation technicians were prompt and very efficient, and the new unit is working without a hitch. They also installed new smart thermostats for both systems in our house, which Josh recommended, and we are very happy with those as well. We have previously used Air Innovations to recharge our downstairs unit a couple of years ago and experienced great service; we will continue to work with them for any future issues that arise. Definitely recommend!

I am new to Air Innovations and was impressed by my interaction. Jaden checked my system and said it was in good condition but that a certain capacitor might need to be replaced next spring. He clearly explained what this part does and what criteria are used to assess its condition. There was no attempt to sell me something I did not need. I'm happy to have made the switch to Air Innovations for my HVAC servicing.

We’ve been using Air Innovations for years and have always been pleased by the level of service, care, and communication. We got back last night to an AC that wouldn’t kick on and and inside temp of 85. We called Air Innovations at 8am and they were here by 10. They diagnosed the issue and resolved it within 90 minutes for a very reasonable price. John was friendly, knowledgeable and great at telling us what was going on, including showing us pictures from the crawl space where I don’t go. I’ve always been pleased with their work and recommend them.

We used air innovations for our HVAC issues last summer. Their tech was responsive, professional and incredibly honest. He was incredibly meticulous and explained the issues to laypeople like us. They were able to get to us the within a few hours as well when we told them it was emergency with a baby in the house. Highly recommend!

Air Innovations has been great. They've installed one HVAC unit, installed UV lights, an air purifier, and even a dehumidifier. Everyone who has come to the house has been friendly and competent, and Jordan, who answers the calls and seems to run everything, is incredibly responsive and kind.

HVAC systems mostly make people angry, myself included, given that I only notice them when they go out or cost money, but I'm very happy with this company.

Really happy with Air Innovations - Travis, Eddie, and Teddy were prompt, communicative, did a great job, and really nice to work with. Travis talked me through all the options for replacing my AC + furnace and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me on anything. I'll definitely be calling them again for any future HVAC needs.

We had issues with a leak in our coil. The previous company took advantage of us and our lack of knowledge, and weren't honest about the work they said that they did. Travis went out of his way to address our concerns. Jaden was our technician. He was professional, honest, and went above and beyond to help us and explain what needed to be done. That type of integrity in customer service and the willingness to get the job done so that we can have peace of mind is rare with service companies these days. Found Air Innovations about 3-4 years ago when needed a new system on our townhouse. Of all the companies interviewed, Travis, the owner was the most straightforward. The installation was seamless. Since then Air Innovations has performed the annual service. It was natural that when we purchased our current house for Air Innovations to service the hvac units. They have continued to have exceptional service. Andrew and John are thorough and informative about their findings. Their recommendations for improvements are provided with plenty of information and all without pressure. The team is always professional, pleasant and respectful. For us they have earned “The Best” designation.

Our Realtor scheduled a HVAC Inspection with Air Innovations on a home we were purchasing, and I am so glad to have found them! Josh spent a lot of his time explaining different options we could take with our system to fit within our budget, and never tried to push anything. He was thorough with details of each option and pricing, and even took time out of his evening while mowing the grass to answer more of my questions. I am very impressed by the committment and time spent making sure their customers know what they are getting, and are satisfied with the options.

Air Innovations upgraded our outdoor unit after the supplier didn't have the original unit. We now have a better unit for the same price! There was a small hiccup on the day of install, to no fault of Air Innovations (air handler internal wiring was not correct, manufacturer has confirmed it was their issue). Travis himself came right at 8am the next day to completely replace the air handler and remedy the situation. It's very evident they really care about customer satisfaction. Travis also stayed for a while after to walk us through the new system and answer the questions we had.

All the warranty and rebate work was taken care of by the office staff, they are superb!

Loking forward to having Air Innovations maintenance our system in the years to come.

I can’t imagine a better customer service experience than what I received from Air Innovations. Andrew was prompt, knowledgeable and fun to be with. He helped me think through my options and gave me an honest and professional opinion. The team got a part from across town and Teddy had my unit up and running in less than 2 hrs from the initial inspection. I’m beyond impressed and will not call anyone other than Air Innovations for my HVAC needs in the future.

Air Innovations has been my go-to A/C company for years, and they continue to impress every time. They just installed a brand new York HVAC system in my home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Aaron and Eddie were first-class installers—professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. Jordan in the office was extremely helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I love the peace of mind that comes with being a customer of this company. Highly recommend Air Innovations to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service!

Air Innovations has been my go-to heating/cooling company for the better part of 5 years! John has been elite, but I have learned quickly that no matter who shows up, we are in good hands. They promote a great culture which shows by the skill and customer service all technicians bring. It is such a comfort to know that I have a company I can trust in a time of need and will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

I can’t say enough good things about Air Innovations, in particular John. It was an overall great experience working with this company and I am comforted knowing I have a reliable HVAC company if needed in the future. The team did an excellent job of getting us sorted before the summer heat hits. Thank you to Josh, Teddy, Eddy, and Graham for the effortless quote and install despite a couple setbacks ;). Candice was very responsive in getting rebates information filed via Johnson Controls and Duke Energy that will save us thousands on the system cost. I would recommend Air Innovations to anyone.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Absolutely impeccable customer service, they helped us out same day and even worked well into the evening in order to get the job done. Great service and great quality of work!

This company is fantastic. Travis and his team has serviced my hvac system several times at another location with excellence and honesty. This time around at a different home was no exception. Andrew texted with an ETA and was on time. He is abolutely knowledgable and explained everything he was doing including advice on what to be on the lookout for in the system operation. He even pulled up my trash bins to the side of the house from the curb. I appeciate their honest customer dedication and recommend them highly.
