The technician that came to our house was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. His name is Joseph. I could not have been happier with his service.

Rep showed up bright and early. Allowed me to tag along and ask questions and show the various components and what to expect for wear/tear and what they do on the inspections and and review. Did a great job cleaning the outdoor units and showed me the corrosion that can accumulate on the heat exchanger probe measuring flame temp.

We had Hays install these units brand new some 6hrs ago, and the units have been great. Well use them for regular maintenance and again in the future. Very professional group and easy to work with.

Our furnace stopped working on Christmas eve. The Hay's tech showed up and quicky fixed the problem. This was the first time I have used Hay's and they will have a repeat customer with me. FWIW, our previous HVAC guy ( Ronnie Marsh) retired and we were unimpressed by the next company we tried, who would only perform things like cleaning the evaporators and condensors if you got a monthly contract.

Luis was our service technician. He was thorough, professional and clearly the best Hays HVAC technician who has ever serviced our system! We are happy to have him come back in the Spring of 2026 and already have him scheduled to return in April, 2026.

Some years ago I had a very positive experience with Hay's which indicated to me that Hay's is honest and has integrity. Today, as usual, the technician was polite, professional, and efficient. Thank you!

It was time for my heating system to have the fall winter maintenance, and Joseph showed up right on time. He thoroughly checked the system, when I told him oh I forgot there is a valve in the water heater that I shut off for the summer due to the closet where the heater unit gets very warm. He was wondering what was going wrong with his equipment. It was me I totally forgot about it. Thank goodness your company is reliable and honest and Joseph knows his stuff. Such a friendly man and very knowledgeable.
The blower capacity thingy, was below the level it should have been. Joseph said he could go a little longer, but I asked if he had the needed part in his van and he did. He changed it out swiftly and correctly and was on his way. I was glad that he suggested that so I would not have to pay an extra fee to come back later and who knows when the part would have failed and what would I be doing.
You having a wonderful employee in Joseph, thank you very much. I'm a senior citizen visual disabilities, and I appreciate how Joseph explained everything to me so I can understand it.
This is a great company and I would recommend it to all.

Hays employees did a great job on the installation. They showed up early, did a complete HVAC system replacement and left everything cleaned up. No mus, no fus. We had a great experience with them.
