Good job up until the point I declined his services for maintenance yard work. His response to me was “In fact loose my number 🫡” and then he proceeded to block my number.
Charles also claimed he passed by my place to survey the property before giving me the quote. I was at home during this time, my cameras installed around the entire property with motion sensors did not capture him or anyone associated with him there at any point.
This was the poorest level of customer service I’ve ever received from a business. This is not made up and I have the text conversation to prove it.

I love these guys. I had another lawn service but once I put up a dog fence they didn't have the equipment to do the job. To the rescue C and W Lawn care.
They do everything. Trees too!! And driveways!! Quick and efficient. I recommended them to my mom and she loves them too. She is hard to please but so far C and W has met all her desires.

CM&W Lawn Care made my lawn look great. A crew trimmed all of the shrubs, put fresh mulch and straw in the flower beds, and cut the grass, a big job they did in less than a day. Alberto was knowledgeable and easy to work with, scheduled the work to be done just a few days later, gave a detailed quote beforehand, and charged that amount afterwards.

Guys did a great job and were pretty quick! Alberto made payment options easy and I will certainly be calling them next time I need it mowed. Was a good option for making sure the renter/landlord is happy upon move out/move in.

CM&W Lawncare-Alberto (owner) and his crews have installed new SOD and fixed drainages in the back of my house. Alberto has sent me invoice with explianation in details and also explained on job with me as well what him and his crew are about to do the job. All the job have done in correctly and it's meet my satisficition. I am happy with the job that he said excatly that he is planning to do. So I hired him more to fix my patio stone that the previous contractor did all wrong way, so Alberto and his crews fixed it that the way it should be done. The owner also on site working with his crew all the way completed projects. I highly recommended this company!!!!! Thank you Alberto!

I told Alberto I was going to write this review but he said that he has so many good ones that it wouldnt matter. That right there should show you what sort of business man he is. He will not take any responsibility for his part in the misunderstanding. First I will say, get all pricing IN WRITING from them. Demand a contract. Do not do verbal agreements. A year ago Alberto put in some grass and also did the flower bed. There are text messages backing up all pricing for grass. Outside of text messages we discussed doing a flower bed. This is where things are disputed. Alberto told me he could do my flower bed for a budget of $500. That was exactly what I was looking to spend so I agreed. The day of, he said that the agreement for was $800. Way above my budget. At the end of the day we tried to come to a compromise, I suggested removing one of the most expensive plants (one was at least $150) or to meet somewhere in the middle for the payment. He accepted that payment of $700 for the job. I have not heard from him since. Now it is a year later and 2 of the plants have died after being taken care of properly. I reached out by text in April and sent several messages trying to get in contact with him over the past few weeks. On the date of install he was specifically asked if there was a warranty on the plants and he said yes. Now, he is refusing to hold up his end of the bargain with all sorts of excuses. First he said it was too late but my first text message was before the deadline. Then he says I still owe him $100, yet I have received no bill the past year. Then he says it was because my dad paid a portion. Why should it matter who wrote the check? Then he said I dont have the warranty in writing. I guess you have me there, I don't. I don't have anything in proper writing from this business. But a good and trustworthy businessman would have proper contracts and fulfill their responsibilities. Alberto has failed to do that. I'm not out here trying to scam someone out of money, I just want the plants replaced as agreed. I will admit that I should have requested something in writing, but Alberto will not even admit that may have misspoke about the price or that he could have possibly done anything wrong at all. Please keep that in mind when considering to use this service.

Editing to add, Alberto called and left me a message yesterday after this review was posted. I called him back today and he said because of this review there was nothing to discuss. Said I did not give him a chance to work it out, which is ridiculous. I spoke with him an hour before writing the review and as I said above he had excuse after excuse to not fulfill his end of the deal. That was his chance to make it right. He then hung up on me.

I used this company for laying concrete for my patio. I would so recommend. The owner & his crew were great, on time, reasonably priced, professional, friendly and I was able to get a military discount. I will be using them next spring to get my backyard together to compliment my nice patio. I'm a very happy & satisfied customer!

I highly recommend CM&W, owner Alberto, for your lawn maintenance. I hired Alberto after getting quotes from 4 companies. Alberto was the most knowledgeable about my Zoysia lawn, competitively priced and most importantly honest. I have a rental property where the lawn was neglected and needed quite a bit of work (over $1000) and Alberto and his team did an impeccable job. Alberto sent me pictures of the lawn/shrubs/mulch when completed and it looked wonderful(I had to catch a flight). Further more, my home was vacant for sometime and Alberto maintained the home and was honest when it needed to be mowed. I asked him if he could mow it while it was vacant since I'm out of town. He did just that but only when it was absolutely necessary, not prematurely to make more money, rather to save me money and assure my lawn exceeded HOA standards.

I'm thankful I found an honest, reliable, and competitively priced company for my lawn care! Don't hesitate hiring Alberto. (Wish I had pre/post pix, sorry)

We had our tree split from a recent storm and contacted multiple companies in the area to get an estimate. We called roughly 7 - 9 companies and most of them wouldn't even return phone calls or answer their phones.

The owner is a true professional that understands the importance of a positive customer experience. He's extremely easy to get a hold of an his communication is top notch. He's also a business owner that understands the importance of being punctual and notifying customers with constant communication so we're not left in the dark.

The owner and his crew were able to clear the 2 trees that needed to be taken down without any incident and it was a pleasure to receive his service. I would highly recommend CM&W Lawncare, LLC for any services they provide. It's refreshing to encounter business owners that you can rely on for quality service!

Started using this service when my previous service didn't show up or call to explain why. I spoke with this company the same day (9/25) for a quote and they came out the same day! Now that's service! Needless to say, I was sold and their customer service has been top notch. I'm never left wondering if they are coming as I'm on a schedule now and always receive an email to alert me that they are coming out to take care of my lawn. I asked them to trim my shrubs and trees today and they look fantastic! I had no idea how bad they looked until I saw them today. Thank you Alberto for providing excellent service!

Alberto and his crew were fast, professional, and kind. I appreciated that they are able to do both tree work AND landscaping; most other companies did one or the other, but not both. They were able to carefully remove several overgrown shrubs that were surrounded by an array of utility lines. Pricing was very competitive and payment was easy. I will be asking them to come back in the spring to do some more work!

Unreliable. A few years back, Alberto was very keen to have our business. His work was initially good. Then it became unreliable. There is no telling when he would come to do the lawn. Some times, they wouldn't come for weeks and the lawn looked wild. Still, we tolerated that. Paid them in time. Sometimes paid in advance if we are going on vacation.
This year, he didn't show. Tried to contact him several times. No reply. Finally got in touch on the phone. Says, he decided not to do non-commercial properties. When asked he could have informed us in time for us to look for someone else, his reply was, "You don't have a contract with me, so I am is not obliged to tell you. " Such is the arrogance of this man.
Please don't encourage such people who lack even the most basic curtesy towards their costumers. Thanks.
