This company is extremely difficult to deal with.

I've been with this company for roughly 4 years, and their customer service is just absolutely atrocious. They always cut you off, get extremely defensive, and never try to hear us out to resolve the problems. They'll really try to test your patience.

They never show up when they're supposed to & they don't ever call, text, or email you in advance to notify you of when they're coming. Even if you ask them for their assurance. They constantly post-pone the service dates. From our personal experience, it's gotten so bad to the point where our grease trap was so backed up it affected our plumbing because they never came to service us on time.

At another time, their technicians didn't clean our grease traps properly it heavily affected our plumbing where our sinks and floor drains would get backed up & flood; it was an ongoing issue for a couple of months. It wasn't until we asked a friend who was a contractor to help us look into it they we saw that they never properly cleaned the inner layer of our grease trap. When we reached out for them to address it, they again got defensive & neglected to own up to the issue. I mean, isn't it your job to know what kind of trap you're cleaning to ensure it gets cleaned properly.

Our service calls aren't for personal use - we use them for both of our cafes. For any individuals looking into this company, take this as a warning call. I also know for a fact that when I had searched this company originally, they had more than 2 reviews. Stay away from this company they're absolutely terrible & not worth your time or money

One of the worst companies I had to deal with. my installation job was given to them by Lowes, the guy that was supposed to install my stove was rude, they treat customers with suspicion, rude. I doubt the installer even knows NC code.

Excellent Superior service. I would definitely call him again in the future. He and his company are people oriented, they were very professional and courteous. They came to help during this time of covid-19 and they were properly masked and had gloves and the whole attire being safe and keeping customers safe as well. I appreciated that. I called them a day prior and they came the following day. Thank you much.

Received business card form Lowes as a referral. Called the number on the business card to get a quote on some plumbing work as i needed a new plumbing contractor for my rental properties. The woman who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. It is a shame to see competent contractors loose a job due to untrained and unprofessional associates. When i inquired about the cost of the service she responded with "i dont know, im not a plumber" how about take my information and pass to the plumber? or provide me with the contact number for the plumber if the one one the business card is incorrect?? Then to make it worst , when i decided that as a customer i didnt have to put up with her attitude, I said "Thank you, ill call some one else" she said " yes, you do that" ...

Customer service goes a long way!!!
