Tyrone came to help get our bathtub drain un clogged. He was very informative and communicated his findings and concerns. He gave us solutions and options that we were happy with and we appreciated his time in solving our problems with the drain stoppage.

Had a few lingering slow drains. I decided to call Mr. Rooter. They were able to schedule service promptly. The technician that came out was knowledgeable and professional. I am not easily impressed but I must say from beginning to end Mr. Rooter exceeded my expectations.

We had broken pipes, beneath our foundation…. MAJOR plumbing catastrophe! Not the type of news that is easy to hear… But when Morgan sent the camera through the pipes for the first time, he asked me if I wanted to watch while he too sees the potential problem for the first time. It was very clear that we had a major issue that was in need of immediate attention, before we had even greater damage to our home.

Not only did they physically do a great job, but went above and beyond to be the least intrusive as possible, across the board. This included looking for the least destructive way of replacing our old and compromised (completely evaporated in one spot under the foundation) case iron pipes.

We couldn’t be any more grateful for their attention to detail and technical aptitude that is second to none!

PS Due to the presence of the Mr. Rooter SWAT Team being at our home, I jokingly told my rightfully inquisitive Nieghbor’s to “say NO to Gas Station Sushi”! 😜

The team from Mr. Rooter did an exceptional job for us when our sewer line backed up into our basement. They got here quick and diagnosed the problem and went the extra mile to make sure the problem was resolved.

Shout out to Professional plumber Tyrone Jones who unclogged my kitchen sink. A mother of three should explain how much I needed my kitchen sink to function properly . I am above and beyond very satisfied with his professionalism, skills and going above and beyond to get the job done. Definitely Recommend Tyrone. Thank you so much ☺️

The plumbling job was completed at my primary house today and Jason the technician explained all the repairs and had cleaned up the old equipment. Everything was repaired and tested in a timely matter. I was so impressed with this company, that I am contacting them now for repairs on my rental property.
