I had an underground water leak in my front yard. Homeserve dispatched two service personnel from Harmon Plumbing to my home to investigate the problem. They determined that the water line was in fact leaking and promptly made repairs. They both were very professional, friendly, and positive representatives of their company.

The Service guys was a great professional and very knowledgeable.

Harmon Plumbing came to my residence on 10/07/25. The pulled the wires from the water heater and left. Apparently they felt the need to do some suspicious activity hoping that they would get some extra pocket money. Please do no send this Company to my Residence again. I need to file a complaint on them. ENBRIDGE came last night 10/08/2025 and returned this morning and now I have hot water. I didn’t have to buy a new water heater. You should be ashamed of your performance.

The two Technicians were excellent! They accessed the problem and didn’t stop until the issues were resolved . Very efficient professional.. I would definitely request Harmon Plumbing if I need services in the future.

I hire Harmon Plumbing to check my system. I've never thought that I would be happy about hiring a plumber to clear my sewer system! My initial call with the owner (Steve) was like talking to family. I felt very comfortable with him and made the appointment. I'd been smelling sewage for a while but thought it was a gas leak. I'd called the gas company but Steve explained that the smell was coming from my system. I live in the city, so I didn't know what to do or where to start. Steve sent Lee and Andrew. From start to finish, they kept me informed even with the delays with traffic. I got a kick out of the process because they let me look through the camera to see what they saw. They didn't mind me hoovering and asking questions. Nothing was kept from me and they abaited my fears. Lee is hilarious and made me relax. I was afraid of the cost but Andrew got me a discount and ths cost without wasn't bad; all things considered. They jetted the line and in the words of Lee, "My sewer is clean as a whistle." The price was affordable and I didn't have to get my sewer replaced or my lawn torn up, not to mention my concrete slab, flooring and home. They made quick work of a dirty job! Thank you guys for everything!

The team from Harmon Plumbing arrived at the house on schedule and started right to work analyzing the problem of a leak in our water line to the house. They proposed a very sound solution which I believe will fix the problem.

Anthony and Alberto came out to check out my extremely old (20+ years) water tank heater. They set me up very quickly with some new options. Dee and Alberto were able to replace the tank heater very quickly. No problems at all, really good experience.

I discovered a leak beneath my house, but we couldn’t pinpoint the source. The crawl space was soaked—subfloors and insulation included—and I was genuinely worried it might cost thousands to fix. Anthony from Harmon Plumbing came out to inspect everything thoroughly. Thankfully, he found that the pipes and drains were all in good shape. The most likely culprit turned out to be the dishwasher.

Anthony walked me through how to help the area dry out and what steps to take next. He and his team were incredibly kind, honest, and transparent—no scare tactics, no unnecessary repairs, and absolutely no price gouging. They even told me to reach out if the moisture didn’t clear up within a week or if I replaced the dishwasher and had issues again. That kind of reassurance gave me real peace of mind.
