Life always seem to test you, and today was no exception. I was getting ready for my parents to come visit from Florida and my wife was getting ready for a going away party for one of her staff members when she yelled down that there was no hot water. Sure enough, checked all the faucets and there is definitely no hot water at all. I put the maintenance request into the rental portal, and I swear less than five minutes later I get a call from APN Plumbing. Ten minutes later, Justin arrives to save the day. Justin was all the things you want in a plumber: friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, competent, and speedy. He quickly identified the issue and had the component in the truck that meant that it wasn't going to be a multi-day repair. I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and in a world that seems to just embrace incompetence and bad customer service, Justin really shines bright. Huge props to Anthony Nunn as well, as he made this repair happen from the call from the property management company to getting Justin here in literally less than 15 minutes. I know who I am going to be calling in the future with any plumbing issues. Could not be any happier and grateful than I am right now that my parents will have hot water during their visit. Rufus came and fixed a major clog in my kitchen sink drain line without drilling through cabinets, as another plumber had said was necessary. He also replaced the thermal expansion tank. He charged less than half what the other plumber was planning to. Rufus was on time and professional. I’ll definitely call him the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I've worked with about a dozen local plumbers over the past twenty years, and Rufus at Champion Plumbing is the top of my list. For small repairs and large construction projects, he is always responsive, wonderful to work with, has very fair pricing, and does excellent work.

I'd seriously give 6 stars if I could. I've used 4 (FOUR) different plumbing services in Durham, but Rufus and his team were hands-down the best. Truly incredible! Friendly and professional, and affordable. They recommended multiple options for the water heater issues and was honest about prices options upfront. While he was here, I mentioned another possible problem with the water hammer, and Rufus proactively went into the [unpleasant] crawl space to troubleshoot, gave a recommendation, and solved this issue I've been having for a while! Champion Plumbing will be my go-to for any future plumbing needs and I will be recommending them to literally everyone. Also big plus that its a Black-owned plumbing business, which is rare. They were awesome.

I can't say enough good things about Champion Plumbing. I needed quick help to fix a leaking main water line in my front yard, and Rufus (the owner) came that same morning and got the job done despite the sweltering heat and muddy conditions. I was particularly impressed that Rufus called me back even though I didn't leave a voicemail message when I called. Very proactive and responsive, a great communicator, and a true professional in every way.

Nathaniel was very professional and courteous with my time on the job and managing to watch my kids at the same time. He explained several different options and provided professional advice for the job needed although I didn’t go with the full platinum service, I still felt that he provided the best service possible and I’m very happy with the work that was done. I request him by name next time!!

Brandon, from Quality Today Plumbing did excellent work. I am a member of the annual service contract. Brandon, was prompt and had the system installed and tested. I will use Quality for all my future projects.

Scheduled an appointment two days in advance, was told we were booked for an 8am appointment. 8am on appointment day arrives and we were told that we would be given an update around 10am, then 10am arrives and they tell us they will give us an update around 12pm. Due to our availability we let them know that we cannot have the appointment be after 1pm. Their response - "We routed your location and realized it's outside of our current service area." I find that real convenient....If we were outside of the service area we should have been notified when we booked the appointment, not hours after we were supposed to have our appointment. Now we are in a pinch. If I had known we were out of their service area - we would have gone with a different company and our needs would be resolved. They should have sent out the driver anyways as a resolution to a "mistake" that they made.

Quality Service’s technicians are highly skilled, informative, very professional and dedicated workers. They repaired our septic system and later we had them add an entire new water system in our home. Wonderful work ethics, easy to work with and very friendly as well. The office workers are very conscientious in reaching out, scheduling and updating pending jobs! 100% Amazing!!!!!
