Went out of their way to fix my critical plumbing issue in a snowstorm, very professional and responsive!

Needed a couple small leaks fixed, Mr. Nunn quickly sent someone out and took care of them. Reasonable price.

Fixed the leaking pipes outside and replaced toilet. Did great job and not break my bank!

Have had Josh or Anthony come out many times for plumbing issues... always does a quick and efficient job. Highly recommended.

Now I’ve not used this service personally but today I saw some guys from an APN Plumbing truck stop (safely!) and get out of their truck to move a turtle out of the road. And that is just awesome!

Had blockage with sewer line between kitchen sink and downstairs bathroom. These guys worked diligently to find the problem after-hours and resolve the issues. The are very professional and I highly recommend them to anyone. They explain what they are doing as they do it! Exceptional service.

Initial work seems to be ok - although not to code. Code as of 2012 requires hot water supply and return pipes be insulated to at least R3 - my pipes are bare.
I called Mr. Nunn to see about insulating the pipes - at my expense. He gave me a quote - we shook on the deal - and nothing further has occurred.

He refuses to answer any of my calls or requests sent via voice mail, sent via his workers on a job site I visited, or from the contractor originally hired him to install the system - over the last 2 months. Pretty obviously he is more interested in obtaining new work and seems quite happy to ignore any requests for followup work - paid even.

Be wary - APN is NOT recommended.

Justin Wilson is a professional in every way. Came in, diagnosed the problem instantly, went right to work, and fixed it in absolutely no time at all. Was funny, informed, and polite. They need to give this man a raise.

After the freeze, broken pipe. 5 other plumbers busy or not working or afraid of the roads. APN came, searched for leak which was not easy to find, and fixed it--all for a reasonable price. Also, really nice guys. I recommend highly.

Had an AMAZING experience with Anthony and his team after being half traumatized by another plumbing company the night before. I had an issue that needed quick attention and was delighted that someone was out at my house within an hour of my call. The technician was so helpful, polite, and experienced. He fixed the issue, cleaned up better than how he found it, and was on his way in such a timely fashion. I will use this company for ALL my future needs and would recommend to everyone. I have used APN plumbing's services five or six times for small and large plumbing jobs, both repairs and new lines. I think their rates are reasonable, response times good, and communications are good. I recommend them.

Update after 7 years: I still use APN for any plumbing issue such as repair or refitting or new installations, I am still getting good response times, reasonable rates, and good communications, and I still highly recommend them.

I called this company to come and clear a clog in my sewer line and they were able to come out the next day. Justin came and accurately fixed the problem with quick service. I would recommend this company to anyone going forward in the RDU area.

My initial work order was only for a toilet and sink repair but when I asked about my leaky water heater, they took the extra time to diagnose and correct the problem. I will absolutely be recommending this company every chance I get!

We highly recommend APN Plumbing. Our water heater went out right before we were leaving town for two weeks. Anthony came out the same day we called to assess the situation and had a replacement installed within 2 days. The work was well done, the price was fair, and the communication and professionalism were excellent.

Me and my wife were looking for a new plumbing company to do work around our house. We needed them to come out about three times to do three separate things. The first time they came out to replace a toilet and put in a new sink disposal. Later that night, running the dishwasher, I found out that they failed to knock out the dishwasher intake on the disposal, which caused the dishwasher to not drain. Not that big of a deal only took me about 15 minutes in troubleshooting and five minutes to make it right. and giving them the benefit of the doubt I had them come out the second day to redo some plumbing under the kitchen sink and that day I gave the plumber a $60 tip trying to make a good relationship with the company. I had also given them a five star review.
Well, for the third time we needed them to come out I called up and they said I was on the schedule for Monday. They even called me around 10 AM on monday and said that they were 30 minutes away. About 5 1/2 hours later I called because they had not shown up yet and I had gotten no word from them about a delay. I was able to get in contact with them and they told me that they would have to schedule it for the next day, so I ended up taking another day off of work. Well, the next day came and no one showed up and got no word from them. Funny enough when I called Wednesday to ask for the bill for the first two times (had to leave a voicemail) they sent it over in about 10 minutes. I had given them a five star review after the first day even though that they failed to set up the disposal right. But now I have to give a one star review because they have disrespected my time. If they didn’t want to work with me or the jobs were too small that would have been totally OK with me. They could’ve just told me that and I could’ve found another plumber in Durham. Instead, they strung me along for 2 1/2 days telling me that they were coming, but never showing up.

Jonathan and his staff have bailed me out repeatedly over the past 8 years, last time to help with a broken attic pipe and this time to replace a broken toilet.

I had a leak outside my business. APN Plumbing came, located the leak and repaired in a couple of hours total. Justin was very professional and explained things in terms that I understood. If I have a need for a plumber, I am calling APN Plumbing!!

We've used APN several times over the years. They've done everything from installing water heaters to fixing minor leaks, explaining what they're doing as they go. The technicians are always professional and not pushy as they're discussing options. I don't think we've ever had to wait more than a day or so for a visit, usually just a few hours for pressing matters.
