Travis was awesome and fitted my issue in no time.

I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for Wake County (Raleigh Durham areas). We were able to quickly schedule a visit by Tyrone who quickly assessed the issue and provided estimations. The following day Tyrone and Trae showed up and installed our water heater.

Tyrone not only provided multiple estimates but walked thru each one. We were able to remove something from the estimate we choose. As new homeowners he also gave advice on when to get it serviced among other new home owner tips.

I applaud Tyrone for not only serving our country but appreciate him using his skills and amazing personality to support our local area.

My only complaint is the previous homeowners had a Mr. Rooter sticker that had an out of date phone number, making me have to google the right one. Make sure to call the 984 line!

We won't use any other plumbing services. They come when they say. Upfront about the issue and cost. Clean and professional. Yes, they cost a little more than a backyard plumber but you get what you pay for. This company ensures work is done completely and correctly! Thank you for my new shower!!!

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. Making the appointment was easy. The plumber, Fisher, showed up on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what needed to be done. The price was very reasonable!

They did an excellent job! I had family coming to visit and I needed some plumbing assistance to fix my shower faucet that had stopped working. I called Mr Rooter Durham and they were able to get me on the schedule for the very next morning. It was a smooth process where the appointment time window was confirmed the evening before, then they called me the next morning to ask me for a specific time (within that time window), and then the technician called to let me know he’s on his way before arriving at that time. They brought their own shoe covers and mats to keep everything clean and tidy. The technician was courteous and very knowledgeable! The faucet is fixed and good as new and now I’m ready for the family to come over!

Discovered my water heater was leaking today. I called and two gentlemen came promptly. They were polite, softspoken, courteous and explained my options. They replaced the water heater quickly, cleaned up everything and even gave me a yellow ducky! I was very pleased with them and would highly recommend.

Technician came out to diagnose a slow toilet draining issue. He was straightforward in his plan and execution. After finding no issues, we ran drainage testing and the problem was no longer evident. Apparently, the perceived vent blockage cleared itself while we were testing. Technician shared his thoughts and basically told me to call if it showed up again, all without charging me for the visit. I would definitely call for my next plumbing problem.

Trae was very kind when I came home to a washer line gushing hot water on the phone. He walked me through how to turn off the hot water and the gas.
Then he came out to fix the leak. He was very professional and gave me several options. The pricing was very reasonable.
I will definitely be sending business to Trae when I'm ready to replace my old water heater. Thank you!

Mr. Rooter's service was amazing. I had 2 toilets overflow on a Friday afternoon. The technician came out that day, diagnosed the problem, and temporarily restored the use of the toilets. They came back on Sunday to finish the job. There was no upcharge for the weekend work. I give this company my highest recommendation.

Highly remommended by this homeowner! Quick to respond and communicated well. Office staff and crew were knowledgeable and professional and great to work with. Four-person crew provided Hydro-jet service to clean our leach field lines, cleared blockages, and restored the flow to our 25-year-old drain field in one afternoon. Cost of the job was 1/3 of what another company proposed. They also did not pressure us into adding more services like some companies do. They did the job we needed them to do and did it well and at a price we could live with. Will definitely use them again.

Our second time to have them come out to our home. An upstairs toilet was leaking and needed to be repaired. They responded the next day, purchased a new toilet when crack was found in the old one on the same day and replaced it quickly and competently at a fair price. In addition to being reliable and professional, their customer service is noteworthy. From the person in the office who took our calls to the two technicians who did the work, everyone was personable and courteous. Very nice people indeed. I gladly added a tip to the bill because it was well deserved.

These are THE nicest people! And they were fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. They got to me as quickly as they could (my water didnt work at all!) and much quicker than any of the other local services I contacted. Their team showed up and kept me informed of everything they were finding and what they were doing. Highly recommend. Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line.
