We are new to WS area and wanted to make sure our systems where in good shape going into summer. We called Colts and had an appt within days. They checked out our system, made some repairs, and we have signed for an annual service plan. Couldn't be happier. VERY nice friendly folks as well. 5 starts

We have been using Colts for AC/Heating for the past 5 years. They have always been top notch and available as needed. We are replacing our units and had David Colt out for a bid and as always it is a pleasure to have him evaluate and explain what is best for your home while taking in your personal situation. I would recommend adding Colts to your short list of AC providers to come out and give you a quote on a new unit or maintaining an existing system

We have called Colt's several times since June of 2025 for the various aches and pains of the HVAC system in our house and we will continue to do so because they are reliable, really easy to work with, and do quality work. In addition to basic summer and winter maintenance, they have rerouted some of our ducts to make the system more efficient, rerouted our condensate line out of the house, repaired a longstanding mysterious furnace leak, and most recently replaced a motor that was in the process of burning itself out. I am so grateful to have a HVAC company that we can call for repairs and know it will be fixed correctly. I absolutely recommend them.

Colts Cooling is absolutely the best HVAC company we have found. Expert service, knowledge, assistance, PRICES!! Every quality we would hope for, we found with Colts. Almost unbelievable to find a company with the integrity and expertise they have. I HIGHLY recommend them. They understand and can assess your HVAC system, duct work, everything involved in your heating and air delivery and never try to push or "upsell" you. They treat you like friends and family and honestly give you expert opinions and then carry out the service you request expertly. Always remedy whatever situation you are in. Honestly HAPPY to hand over a check for their service EVERY TIME.
