I was so pleased with the service I received. These guys are very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so that I understood exactly what needed to be done. I have had heating issues for YEARS. They came in and fixed the issue and I haven’t had any problems since then. Thank you Colt’s Cooling!!!

Simply put, Colt's Cooling charged me $89.95 for the labor to install a Defrost Board. Blaze Air tried to charge me $522 for the same labor. I cancelled my service contract with Blaze and will now be using Colt's.

We've lived in Lewisville for 16 years and so happy we found Colts Cooling. When the HVAC went out Colt came to the rescue. Not only did they help us when the system went out, they installed a brand new Trane unit that has our home warn and toasty. I would highly recommend Colts Cooling for any HVAC work. We just got our downstairs HVAC replaced with new Trane units. Installation was on-time, professional, and high-quality. The price was right around what I expected to pay, even a bit less than I thought given that we had to go with a larger outdoor unit.

We've tried some of the other "big name" HVAC companies in the area; their high-starred reviews are undeserved. I'm weary of all service companies, but Colt's Cooling is one of the rare finds. They are now our "go-to" for all HVAC needs moving forward.

Colts Cooling was very professional and trustworthy. They identified what was wrong with my system and informed me of what needed to be done to fix it. Alot of other companies try to push products you don't need. I will use Colt's for all my future HVAC needs.

Called Colt's Cooling after a long time service company we used had retired from business. They referred me to Colt's because they knew there reputation and told us "frankly there the only ones over ther we trust to refer you to". Glad we took there advice, Colts completed our maintaince and even pointed out ways we could save on our energy bill in the future. it was well worth the call and we now have a new HVAC company we can rely on. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My heat pump had an issue, and they came out and worked on it in the snow! Just to make sure I had heat! I ended up having to have a new system put in and they were the most affordable by far. They were prompt, professional, showed up when they said they would, and explained the process and answered my questions throughout. They did great work, nice clean install, and even swept up the garage where they were working. Super friendly folks, they made what was a huge expense and stressful experience a little more bearable. Can’t recommend Colt’s Cooling enough!

Had problems with my HVAC that nobody could correct. Called Colt's and their team came out the next day in uniform,to look at everything. They went back to their shop fora few days to make some custom components and came back to our house and installed everything, now our HVAC works perfectly. They even washed their hand prints off our wall and swept their way out the door.

After years of trying to heat my house with kerosene heaters, Colts has made my house nice and warm with a new heating system and an AC for the hot Summer months instead of a window unit. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs. Felt sorry for the guys who had to belly crawl through my dark, dirty, cobweb filled crawlspace but, they did a fine job. Great to have Colts Cooling just up the street and ready to provide service!

Coldest day in years so, of course, my unit acts up. Colt's came out and not only immediately found the issue, but also found why I had the issue in the first place. Very professional and personable people. I appreciate that they took the time to make sure I understood what they were doing and why. Highly recommend.

I have a handyman company, "Your Man Friday" and needed some service work done to our system and called Colt's Cooling. They arrived when they said they would, contacted prior to arriving. Work done was professional and very competitively priced. Will use them again and I am referring them to everyone one of my clients. Don't hesitate to have them service your HVAC system!

Colts Cooling are just what you would want as an American Patriot. These people are down to earth honest and wholesome family oriented people honest and fair. They went out of their way to accommodate me and went above and beyond, truly. This being the first review I have ever written to any service provider may speak to my experience with them. If all I had to rate them on was character alone I would have written this review but the manner and quality of the work they provided me I would recommend anyone looking for honest veteran, law enforcement and just all American supporting business this company is one I truly will be recommending to everyone should look to for their services and give a call immediately. Colts cooling are wonderful guys. I had an issue where my AC was not cooling my house down and they were there the next day having in fixed within the hour. I was leaving the next day but I trusted them taking care of my house like it’s their own. They stayed in contact during their time and kept everything clean. Once they were down they put everything back the way it was and made sure my house was locked up and had working AC again. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had our HVAC system replaced last week by Colts heating and air. They were timely, professional, courteous, and kept work areas clean and neat. Colt very patiently explained everything to us and answered all questions. Corey in office was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend them !!

We started using Colt’s a few years ago after we had a different company come out & tell us we needed a whole new unit. We called Colt’s for a second opinion. Turns out we didn’t & they had it fixed right up at a super reasonable price. We have had a few light issues with the system over the years & we always call them first. They get back to us quickly, get to our house quickly, and repair it quickly. We are always left with a fixed unit and it’s always a super reasonable price! David is very thorough in explaining what exactly happened & how they’re repairing it. I have come to really like & trust them!! Highly recommend!

These are awesome people all the way around. My heat pump froze up. They were out here the next day looking at it and they had to replace my whole heat pump and all. They got me financed got my heat pump in and running in one day David showed me how to work my new thermostat and set it up for me and showed me everything they put in.
