A co-worker recommended Hudson after my upstairs AC unit stopped working. He booked me within a couple days. I was at work when he came by but he stayed in contact with me on anything important. Reasonably priced and very professional. One of the easiest repair calls Ive ever experienced. If needed I would go back for his service and will be recommending him to anyone I know needs it

I had installed a new thermostat and it wasn’t working right (operator error on my part), I ended up calling them and was told they were pretty busy but would do they’re best to fit me in the schedule. Chris showed up and not only fixed my mess up, but took the time to make sure everything was in order and actually found another issue and corrected it as well. He took the time to explain what he was doing and was very tedious in his efforts. When all was said and done to my surprise it was way cheaper than I had expected. I will definitely be recommending Hudson to anyone looking for a tech, and they will be the first call I make if I run to any problems in the future. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and great workmanship. Thank you again

Chris was vey pleasant and told me exactly what the problem was. The install went smoothly and Chris had my unit up and running in no time! These guys are truly awesome! I will definitely call them again if need be😊

Chris and his team did a fabulous job with my system replacement. Issues with old system were quickly diagnosed and options to repair or replace were clearly explained with pros and cons. He gave me a very competitive price for the replacement and, when conditions found during the work allowed reuse of some equipment, lowered the final price and returned that savings to me. Finally, when starting up the new system my thermostat was found to be defective. Despite no indication that the work was related to this at all, they offered to pay for and install a new one. Couldn’t be happier with Hudson Air and would use again.

Chris Hudson is my hero. Our AC went out in our rental, and even though he was booked to max capacity today, he still made time and fit us in tonight. Chris is a very fair and honest man. Fantastic experience, 10/10 would recommend. Friendly, kind, and respectful. Gave all my options that I had and helped find which one would be the best decision for this moment. I needed my valves replaced and he did them quickly and easily.
Scheduling was fantastic. I definitely had a hiccup and forgot that they called me to talk about scheduling then a week later asked when we were going to schedule. That was entirely my fault there. Awesome service, best one in Elizabeth City.

From the moment he arrived Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to come out and help even sooner than my original scheduled appointment. I had been without heat for 5 days after my unit stopped working and he quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me feedback on how to better maintain the system in the future. He also showed me how to work my new thermostat and ensured the system was properly functioning. I am truly grateful for his help and will be calling him if I have any more issues with my unit. I highly recommend using his services for all your hvac needs.

Chris shows up and knows his business. He is very kind and trustworthy. They dont break the bank even on emergency calls. This is only company who told me they would come out on a Saturday from the time I called them. I am getting a preventive maintenance with them as soon as I am back from Italy in two weeks. Im an electrician/electrical engineer retired and Chris was so humbling but not arrogant on proving me he knew his job and knows it well. I will hire this company again and again and again. I would give 10 stars if it was possible.
