We had lost our heat all of sudden. We reached out to Air Mechanical to see if we could get one of their professional technicians to come out. To our surprise, they did. The technician arrived earlier than expected. The technician was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to work with. I would give them an A++ for service & following up on items as they said they would. Going forward, we will use them. I would highly recommend them.

Hudson Air arrived in the time slot that they had scheduled earlier in the day and within 10 mins diagnosed the problem. Within an hour Hudson had repaired my system. Their pricing was reasonable, affordable, and at a good value. I would highly recommend them!

Awesome experience, Great Service! Hudson installed a new mini split in my frog. They communicated via text throughout the entire process from the initial appointment to after the completion of the project. I would highly recommmed.

Can’t say enough good things about Chris and the service this company provides! We will always use them for any future HVAC services, and highly recommend them to any and everyone we can. From saving us last Christmas Eve when our heat stopped working, to also helping us with a couple of A/C issues this week. He is always so kind, polite, and courteous, and gets the job done in a timely manner. Hudson Air is by far the best HVAC company in northeast NC! Our air conditioning went out on a Tuesday night during extreme heat. We called Hudson Air on Wednesday afternoon and they were there by Thursday morning. They cleared the drainage pan and reset the system. A week later, we noticed the old drainage line was leaking. A representative called us to check on the repair and when we told them there was a leak, Chris came back out at 7 p.m. on a Friday night to fix the issue. The line was old, but Chris took responsibility and ran a new drainage line and did not charge for the work. Top notch service! Hudson Air is an honest, responsible and reputable company. We will use only this company for further air conditioning problems. Highly recommend!

Was out in the time frame they gave text to let me know they were on the way, very nice clean and thorough told me and showed me what was wrong. Gave me a quote before they fixed it. Fix the problem checked everything else out and I was able to pay on the spot. I definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future. Thank you

Definitely recommend. Chris, the technician (apprently the owner as well), came out, asses the problem, replaced the defective part and fixed the issue. Also showed myself some maintenance tips to help keep the issue from happening again. Also was surprised at how inexpensive the cost I had to pay. Definitely gonna keep my business with him.

Chris was the absolute best HVAC professional I could ask for. I was referred to him by a friend when my AC was out for weeks and I needed it up and running soon. I gave Chris a call and got an immediate call back and date he could come out and take a look which was literally that same day. He came out and took a look at it, gave me a reasonable price and got right to the root of the problem. Within a week my AC was again up and running. Chris was not only prompt when it comes to his work but he is very knowledgeable, nice and respectful as well. Will not sugarcoat or give you phony cost/parts needed for repair and/or maintenance. The best deal I found around the lower Virginia northern North Carolina area that treat you like a customer and not a ATM. This is the only business I trust for my HVAC needs from now on. Go for Family Owned Business instead of Corporate.
