I hired construction solutions I met with the owner Spencer for an estimate for a complete demo master bathroom remodel. A couple days later I had an email for the estimate and the amount of detail that went into that estimate right down to the most minuscule details, it left no mystery as to what would be done how it was going to be done. (I for one I'm not a big fan of surprises so I appreciated having everything in writing not just the generic replace tub and paint wall estimate) Now keep in mind my house is nothing fancy three bedroom two bath ranch built in the 70s OK so we're not talking about working with a high end canvas to start with, But if I was going to do it why not do..it right?
so after demo got done and the new sheet rock went up and the flooring went in and stuff started to happen that's when I started throwing oh by the way I had this cool fixture oh I've got sconces oh did I tell you about this mirror and how it needs to be wired directly in and I already have tile and I bought a really cool vessel sink he had to have thought I was nuts (but wait till you see the pictures) Spencer is a standup guy if you're looking for a contractor that will meet with you outline every single detail follow through you will be very pleased he's reasonable he's fair he's down to earth and most importantly to me? Customer satisfaction I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again ever and btw I don't write many reviews but when I do it's because I've received outstanding service case and point

Post COVID-19 construction
I hired Construction Solutions to renovate and extend my kitchen prior to COVID-19.
Since the virus’ restrictions delayed construction, I opted to change direction from my original job, again and again. Spencer was upfront about schedule changes; construction add-ons and he was patient with my few (maybe he’d say many) requested changes.
The entire crew was professional, and I am more than satisfied with my renovated kitchen with family room extension, add on 2nd floor closet with laundry relocation, screened in porch and deck. FYI, I removed carpet, ceramic tile and laminate and replaced it with hardwood floors, and glazed porcelain tile. The kitchen was remodeled from the popcorn ceiling, to upgraded cabinets, new island, floors and countertops. The add-on closet features LVT flooring, shelving and I added a mini-split HVAC solution for my extended kitchen.
Spencer worked with me closely throughout the construction period to ensure I understood the plan, provided best courses of actions and recommendations, updated me with the timeline, briefed me on material availability, budget changes and much, much more. He was honest, prepared itemized costs and offered to provide receipts for materials and fixtures. During the construction I was completely comfortable; I trusted his immediate staff as well as his electric and plumbing partners.
If you are looking for reliability, quality and expertise, I would recommend Construction Solutions again and again. I hope to provide an update of the construction and the follow-on support I receive during the warranty period.

I am a retired disabled Army Vet who needed the lowest level of our tri-level renovated because our old bedroom was upstairs and I have problem with to many steps. Spenser and Deveco came over and got all our needs and came up with a 3D project. They came up with a total renovation of our downstairs to fit our needs. This was a major renovation where the plumbing was a major project where the main pipes were dug up and T.O. plumbing moved our washer/dryer to a new laundry room, moved,over our water heater and helped install a handicap walk in shower. My wife got a walk in closet and we got a large master bedroom. Walls had to be moved, concrete had to be busted up, new flooring, etc. This was a $60,000 project but well worth the money. We had some quotes cheaper but after much research and checking reviews we are so glad to go with quality work and material and still a very fair price. This is a professional business who works hand in hand with the customer. Their crews and subcontractors were very professional and were open to answering all our questions. Also each project has glitches and they quickly fixed any unforseen issues. Finally this company has a perfect rating for a reason so if you are looking for professionalism, quality work and a fair price, you would be a fool to use anyone else

Kitchen remodel

Construction solutions completed a full kitchen remodel of our home. The results are outstanding. We had an idea of what we wanted and Spencer and Deveco fine tuned everything to our needs, wants and expectations. This was our first and only experience being involved with a project like this and we appreciated the feedback, updates and most of all the quality of work. The final product speaks for itself. We didn’t name every one, but thank you to a first class crew.

As a licensed Professional Engineer, I expected excellence in the construction of my workshop and portico by Construction Solutions. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. The rough-in and finish carpenters, the masons, the concrete, the electricians, and the HVAC workers all did excellent work. At the end of the job, there were very few punch list items to correct.

Mr. Spencer Gay did a great job keeping me informed during the entire construction process. He routinely visited the site to discuss the current and projected progress. He was also very responsive to my calls and questions. Everyone that we met and interacted with were professional and respectful. The office staff and the construction workers were polite in their interactions with us.

Construction Solutions did an excellent job managing the subcontractors and keeping the work on schedule. Construction Solutions also did a commendable job coordinating with Cumberland County’s construction inspectors which prevented long delays waiting for county approval of the work.

We waited 29 years to have the workshop and the portico built, and we are ecstatic with the construction. I have the workshop of my dreams and a beautiful portico; both will enhance the value of our property.

Spencer and his team did an outstanding job converting a game room and pantry into an ADA-accessible bedroom suite in our 125+ year-old home. They had to overcome unlevel floors and ceilings, non-plumb walls, out-of-square everything, and demanding homeowners. They were able to give us a suite that matched the aesthetic we were going for, which was 1930s, as that is when we assume the home was originally plumbed and electrified. Despite its old-school looks, the suite is extremely modern and energy efficient with smart lighting, spray foam insulation, energy efficient windows, and a dedicated mini-split HVAC system. We look forward to working with Construction Solutions on renovating the rest of the 4200+ square foot home.

100% recommend! These guys are amazing. They refinish our attic and it looks incredible. Very professional and friendly people. They pay close attention to details. They truly care about their customers. Only took 2mth to finish a over 500sf space. For the things they couldn't do they had great contacts like heating and air and electrical. They also fixed my fence and my stair railing that was coming off my wall. I also had new flooring laid on the first floor of my home and it's beautiful. They have done several projects for coworkers of my husband and we have only heard good things.
