City Electric Supply on Russell street was amazing. They helped me understand some troubleshooting tips on my smoke alarm and were very friendly and professional! Highly recommend coming here for your electrical supply needs!!

Came here to get supplies to run generator to control panel in the house. Everyone was really friendly, even the other customers jumped in to help me figure out the right plan for the layout of my house. Being a woman sometimes you’re treated differently in spaces like this, especially since I don’t fully know the trade. I didn’t feel that way at all here and everyone was very patient with me! I will definitely be back for any other electrical projects! Thanks guys!

Employees worked on our place for at least 2 hours, pissed in our toilets and just left it there sitting so it smelled coming back in. Some outlet that were working doesn’t work at all, the new lights fixtures installed weren’t installed properly , left hanging

Literally had someone in a company van drive over a concrete median so they could go to McDonald's at 3:15PM just now and I damn near slammed into them going them opposite way. Is this how you train your drivers? Jesus christ. Is it that hard to go to the intersection and wait? Have it all on my dash cam.

Our commercial building was having weird power/electrical issues this morning. I called and Miss Holly had John & Gary out here within 15 minutes! I cannot say enough good things about Holly, John and Gary! They are TRULY AMAZING at what they do! I wish I could rate them 10 stars!

Beware! They are not honest with the prices!
We requested an emergency service for our home. We called and asked for the price of service, they said it would be $135/hour. Now, we are being charged $288 for 20 min the guy spent at our home even after the service man said it was just one hour. The reason behind this is that we get billed from dispatch and the guy happened to be in Raleigh!!!! How is this something we have to pay for being that the company is in Fayetteville??? Why didn't they mention they would charge us for his trip??? They were not honest with us about the real price behind this. We would have called somewhere else if that was the price.
My husband and I are very upset about this! He literally did nothing and we are being charged for his trip. Not using this service again.

Update: called to complain and the guy tried to gaslight me saying that he told my father in law about charging us the trip even though he spoke with him for 1 second and rest of the time with me. What he didn't know is that he was on speaker and everyone here knows he didn't mention the price of the trip. Then, he proceeds to tell me the guy that came to do the service stayed here for almost an hour according to the gps!! Well, its not my fault if the guy stayed outside doing who knows what but he spent max 20 min inside my house. Then he apologizes and said that they are a point to point service and thats why they are charging the extra hour. He doesn't know what to say anymore to give a real reason why he failed to mention the real price of the service. If I could give negative stars, I would!!!

They all work together with me and give me great service. You have a great team here. I use to do business with City Electric and still do but I try to do most of my sales with them. Grant has done a great job of keeping things in stock.

I needed a part it wasn’t in stock so the gentleman ordered it for me . Price was great but the gentleman that worked there was just really friendly! I like to spend my money in places where I feel appreciated and respected! I’ll be back at the next opportunity they have excellent service!

Great prices and great service

Great experience with Midsouth Electric. During an AC tune-up, a burned and melted switch box was discovered, which could have turned into a much bigger issue. Chris came out the very next morning and handled everything quickly and professionally. He explained what was going on, fixed the problem efficiently, and made the whole process stress-free. Really appreciate the fast response and quality work—would definitely recommend.
