Providing my wife and I peace of mind and able to check things #1) I myself could not access or reach. IE roof or attic space. #2) things that I might not have seen or thought about. The owner Dan Miles did an amazing job pointing out all the deficiencies in a new Ryan home built almost a year ago. The builder had advised we get any defects we found repaired after we moved in. He noted there would be some settling of the home after it was built and that we should get everything fixed within a year after closing on the house. Of course, we could not get up on the roof or see everything Dan found through his meticulous work and eagle eyes. He summarized all his findings in beautiful photos that spelled out each area of concern. I recommend him highly.
