I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the insulation work completed at my property. Quite frankly, the quality of work performed was unacceptable and fell far short of what was promised and paid for.

The workmanship was extremely poor, and it is clear that not even half of the agreed-upon quality and scope of work was delivered. In addition, debris and garbage from the installation were left behind, despite disposal being explicitly included as part of the service. This lack of care and professionalism is unacceptable.

I trusted your company to deliver competent, thorough work, and instead I am left disappointed and frustrated. This outcome does not reflect the standards advertised by your business or expected of a professional insulation service.

Insulation Commandos was a great company to work with from the beginning until they finished. The scheduling was easy and they were up front with the pricing. They were willing to help us with our situation and removed the items from the attic before they began. Even though the weather was below freezing, they removed the old insulation and replaced it with the new all in a few hours.

Had the plastic sheets on our crawl space dirt floor replaced and upgraded with new, thicker, better vapor barrier that is sealed to walls and pillars.
